> **Pros**: pretty simple to learn and use. the support staff if we screw up or forget how to do something is excellent. aka \[sensitive content hidden\] and others out there.

> **Cons**: sometimes when you want a GL report other stuff come with it that you did not ask for. You split pay AP's. Agents can not pay other agent fees from their closings as in a team leader can not pay team member expenses from a closing. agent check stub reports are hard for agents to figure out on their yearly numbers

> **Pros**: I like that Constellation1 Accounting is a full-service accounting software, in which we can manage/process sales transactions to pay commissions, manage Accounts Receivables with our agents, manage Accounts Payable with our vendors, reconcile bank accounts and generate company financial reports for managers and owners. It's great having all of these functions within one program.

> **Cons**: The current version of Constellation1 Accounting works well for our needs. There are occasional bugs/glitches to the program, but software updates seem to be made fairly regularly. It would be great if there were integration options with the paperless file service we use, Paperless Pipeline, to cut down on duplication of data entry work for our staff. The only negative is the turnaround time to get a response to a support ticket, especially if our request occurs in the mid/late afternoon since we're on the west coast.

> I've worked with this software (in many versions) for 14 years now, and have worked closely with the technical/customer support staff over the years to get help when we ran into problems. The program works well for our needs, and the support staff is knowledgeable and helpful when we need assistance.
