> **Pros**: Best features - Client Portal which became the control centre for our business. Critical features for us included Order Management and Order Tracking, two-way sync to our online store for real-time inventory numbers and tracking details, simple Catalog Management of all SKUs, LOT Code and Expiry Traceability. Also being able to set up different Unit of Measures (EA, CS etc.) has helped us manage different UOMs for receiving and picking for DTC and B2B orders.Integrating to OrderGrid was seamless, they connected directly to our front end within minutes (Shopify).
