> **Pros**: I didn't really like anything about TouchMD, they were pushy when they try to lock you into a contract, their product is subpar.

> **Cons**: terrible software. not a good program for medspas. cannot even do side by side photos comparisons. horrible customer service

> **Pros**: Well, we never managed to implement it because we could not integrate with Nextech

> **Cons**: They are highly unethical company. They were bought by Nextech and now they treat customers like trash.

> Horrible. They promised they could integrate with Nextech.  Nextech bought TouchMD last year, so they said could integrate, but Nextech refused to integrate unless I paid then another $18,000 a year in additional to TouchMD fees. Even though we never never implemented the system, and our contract says they will integrate with  Nextech they have charged me for six months. Now I have to take them to court to resolve this.
