An important service for our UniFi and Mailchimp marketing portal
Comments: Absolutely brilliant, from my first contact on live chat to fully implementing the software and service. All of the team are really helpful and go above and beyond to ensure the service is setup and running correctly. No question is too stupid for them.
Pros:
Everything is in one place and really easy to setup and use. The inbuilt integrations with UniFi and Mailchimp are right up there.
Cons:
Nothing as yet! Everything is easy to use and the team are ultra responsive and helpful.

Easy integration with our Mailchimp service and the volume of data we were able to collect
Cons:
Didn't have the advanced features of some alternatives, but did the basics very well

Comments: Awesome experience from the start. Great, reliable product that works as advertised. Excellent customer service. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family.
Pros:
Easy to work with! [sensitive content hidden] lives and works in a different time zone, but is always super responsive with the rare question or request. I say it's rare because once it's been set up it's worked flawlessly. I love offering free-wifi to our guests. It keeps them here longer and it a competitive advantage in a hyper-competitive industry. It also increases their Average Order Value (AOV).
Cons:
I'd love the access points to come with integrated bluetooth beacon technology to let guests know it exists when they are in range.

MyPlace is great for capturing customer data
Comments: Support has been very responsive when any issues arise. Always a quick answer and if needed they will logon to our system and help us resolve any problems that arise.
Pros:
The ease for our customers to logon and for us to capture their information.
Cons:
Sometimes the time difference with the US would be an issue but they always responded.

Pros:
Easy to use after initial setup. Integrates very well into my Mailchimp account. Very good at collecting customer email addresses

Customer service stayed with me for two hours while I tried to figure out our network to open the port.
