I like that with a small amount of technical knowledge you can figure out the Flimp studio quickly. It's flexible, easy to use, has great support and customer service. Customer service being one of the most important things to me. I've used this software for a long time, and I've had many moments where I need support and I needed it fast. I should be embarrassed about how attentive they are to me and my account. > > **Cons**: The two things I would really like to see developed within the Flimp studio: better spellchecking feature and tables that aren't HTML only. Flimp has shared with me work arounds for these, but I'd like to see them developed into the studio. They ask for certain functionality that isn't available, even for an extra cost. I'd love to see the tech roadmap to know what's coming and when. I also find housing the content for the site in excel difficult to use, but the team has given me the flexibility to work with a Word manuscript, which I appreciate. > > Really positive.
