> **Pros**: We have experienced excellent customer support throughout our time with Swiftcloud and their software has been easy to use across the board both internally and for our customers too. Having the resources to help us with bespoke development work has been a real asset for our business. We have now been working with Swiftcloud for nearly 2 years and have made significant progress. Good company to work with\!

> **Cons**: The functionality of the App is basic, but does the required job well. Customers find using it to place orders easy in both mobile and desktop format. Future improvements are coming this year and these will make a big difference to the overall user experience.

This has then allowed us to allocate the resources saved to expanding our customer base. We have been with SwiftCloud for a number of years now and have watched it develop and adapt to our ever changing needs, this would not have been possible if it wasn't for the excellent customer support we have received.

> **Cons**: There are still one or two things I would like from SwiftCloud to support our business needs but these are in development and are more to suit our particular business model than a standard out of the box requirement.

Our sales reps have used it and says it good and have no complains.
