> **Pros**: I did like some ease of use features and responsiveness at times to saving things for me when I intended to.

> **Cons**: Constant shutdowns, program freezing unnecessarily and in responsiveness to freezing doesn’t save my work

In addition, the platform offers a wide range of care management tools, including the creation of personalized treatment plans and monitoring of patient progress in real time.

In addition, the integration of external systems can be complicated and require additional technical support.
