Despite placing orders well in advance, many customers didn’t receive their products on time, resulting in countless complaints, poor reviews, and heartbreaking stories—like a father whose daughter had no gifts due to unshipped orders. Over months, I raised concerns about recurring issues, including incorrect orders, missing shipments, and excessive delays (up to 41 days). Despite assurances, the problems only worsened. The lack of accountability and assistance in resolving these issues has been devastating for my small business. After spending $10k to move my inventory, I’ve decided to cut ties entirely. The supplier that we dealt with on the platform delivered subpar and defective products and Pietra does not want to provide a full refund back to the original payment method. Instead, they want to force me to accept a credit for the Pietra platform for the cost of my order. This is absurd and completely unacceptable\! Reporting them as fraud to my credit card provider. We needed a solution that had great customer support and cared about the smaller brands. When I found out my Pietra membership gave me access to a fulfillment center, I had to try it\! Couldn't be happier. This company actually cares. If you're considering Shipbob or Shipmonk I would strongly suggest considering Pietra. They don't have all the bells and whistles that I'll never use. It's right to the point, tech forward, and just works. > > **Cons**: The only way to get access to Pietra's private 3PL is to be a member of their ecosystem. At first I just wanted to use the fulfillment center but I realized I needed to buy a membership. Luckily they have an affordable month-to-month plan but you can't try it for free. > > Really like the company and team catering to small businesses. Seems like other warehouses and fulfillment centers cater to the big guys, and they wait for weeks to respond to me. This company has a very fast customer support and makes sure they are flexible enough to work with the small guys.
