> **Pros**: Functionality and ease of use are critical in our business and Paradise POS makes this possible

> **Cons**: Reports. Navigating the backend of Paradise POS was difficult at first - from what I can tell there is not a way to customize a report and the reports to choose from do not allow for our exact needs - therefore we end up with much more than what we are looking for to use for accounting transaction purposes. It also does not offer any option for passing the credit card transaction fee onto the customer. Being a non-profit organization, we rely on our members/customers to help cover any "outside" or additional charges we incur - especially when it comes to accepting credit cards seeing as the fees are substantial
