> **Pros**: Easy to use for admins and staff. Great for communication and announcments. Employee management is great with user onboarding and off boarding workflows. Great for time and attendance. Customer support is very responsive and helpful.

> **Cons**: Payroll is currently not available in Ireland but looks to be coming soon. has loads of reports that can be used to import info into current payroll software.

> I love this system it modern and uptodate with what is currently needed. onboarding is quick and easy with a dedicated account manager walking you though it step by step and is always happy to do training calls.

The transition from our old system to HealthBox was made seamless and having a single point of contact during the set up phase made asking any questions very straightforward. We are in our first month with the system and already have feedback from managers and employees that the HealthBox UI is much more user friendly and intuitive. From an admin perspective I would agree with this and the set up of the modules we use has been simple and effective
