> **Pros**: I love how easy it is to use. It makes reconciling a breeze and we can print checks from Realm Accounting. It logs our payments and helps prevent duplicate payments. We are able to separate donations and offerings into different fund categories and write checks for money to come from particular fund categories. It makes accounting so easy.

> **Cons**: I use the accounting side for accounts payable and for running reports. I have not found anything I don't like about it as of yet.

> I love it. It makes my job easy. I love that it tells me if I have already used an invoice number and how I can easily look on the ledger to check if I have already paid a bill. 
I also love that I can add my invoices and it populates my check template and I can print the information onto my checks from Realm Accounting. 
ACS/Realm Customer Service Reps are awesome. They are very knowledgeable and happy to assist.

> **Cons**: We transitioned from ACS desktop system, had to figure out how to generate the reports we were used to using and Realm is not yet as e3asy to use that way.

> Not hard to use, was an fairly easy transition, during the past couple years it has been wonderful to have the flexibility to work at home.

> **Pros**: It is much more user-friendly then the previous version I was using. I'm able to navigate the different pages easier as they are all right there on the left side of the page. I like the fact that I can't make major mistakes, as the software asks/highlights things that look questionable - for example, dates when reconciling bank statements.

> **Cons**: Overall payroll is easy to use. I do sometimes have to search more for some tax entries/settings.
> 
> Overall, I love my experience with Realm Accounting. I don't know everything about it, but if I need to learn, the customer service is excellent and the educational site - "Ministry Smart" - is extremely helpful.

> **Pros**: I do like the fact that this is true accounting software and that every transaction has to be accounted for and can not be erased.  It is relatively user-friendly.

> **Cons**: I do not like the reports section.  I find it difficult to use and does not give us the values that we are looking for in reporting to our General congregation

> We are solving the issue of keeping all of our accounting transparent and in one location.

> **Pros**: Very easy to understand and work\! With our previous system, we had quite a few accounts that were not properly being used or run throughout our budget. Realm Accounting pointed out these issues and made it very easy to set them up properly so they can be used in the manner we need.

> **Cons**: The reports are difficult to pull sometimes with the specific information you are looking for. It also was an adjustment to understand the General Ledger Detail report and read the final total at the end of it.
