> **Pros**: -Widely utilized, so it is easy to find helpful guidance videos, even if you are not well-versed in coding
-Able to automate tasks that were previously tedious
-With a click of a button, have important documents made for me
-Can easily add fields and customize for more in-depth use
-Can even automatically send emails with attachments 
-Free to use and very integrated with other google applications, very easy to implement

> **Cons**: -This does involve coding, so for those who are more technically challenged, this may be too much of an ask

> I specifically utilize Apps Script in conjunction with Google Sheets to automatically create google docs and pdfs of commonly used forms, like staff information forms, preference forms, customer data sheets, invoices, etc. I am not a coder and do not know any coding languages, but I was able to set up a number of scripts with the helpful and plentiful guides online. Pretty simple to use, even for those who are not coders.
