> **Cons**: Limitations with automations as well as being forced to buy capabilities through 3rd party integrations. Although mi day is very well pricing and we absolutely are getting the best value for our money, there are requirements to level up plan subscriptions in order to get all the needed benefits for the platform. Well worth it\!

> Overall, I enjoy monday because of the ease of use, but also the general capabilities for a small business make it an efficient and. Way effective means to quickly set up my organization. Prior to setting up the CRM for our team, they were using spreadsheets and making lists to organize their clients and leads.
