> **Pros**: The reporting feature in CTS is critical for SCA to be able to show funders and other entities the impact of services that are provided to clients.  CTS also includes features that allow for household changes, such as moving members from one household to another, as their life situations change.  The ease of making these changes ensure accurate data collection.

> **Cons**: The software meets SCA's needs well, and we continue to work to develop more customized reports as needed.

Reports also help with program analysis and identify potential gaps in services, identify underserved populations, and strengthen agency program.
