Finding Jobs Doesn't Have To Be Difficult
Comments: This tool helped the company find people for successful jobs. There are people working in the company who are fundamental for its development today. All of them were found using this tool.
Pros:
Updatable database, Helps to create a profile of the person, with all his characteristics and personal details; It has a Kanban style CRM which is a very attractive way of working; The tool has an email campaign system; Sortable filters help you find the right people for the right jobs; Last but not least is the automation with LinkedIn that makes everything more attractive.
Cons:
We noticed slowness in updating some records and also in moving "cards" from one phase to another in the CRM

Pros:
I inspected and compared more than 20 CRM tools with LinkedIN integration. I finally decided on JobIN not because of it has beaten all others in every spec, but because of it has the most powerful LinkedIN integration by far. JobIN has so powerful LinkedIN integration by far that, I had to ignore some of my requirements which is not satisfied by JobIN yet. Let me explain. JobIN is developed for recruitment purpose originally and not for lead generation and unfortunately, I was looking for it for lead generation. I inspected JobIN at first glance, noted its pros and cons and continued to inspect all others. At the end of my search jurney, I returned back to and decided on JobIN.
Cons:
I am convinced on JobIN, although I was looking for a tool for lead generation not for recruitment, since friendly guys explained and trained me how do I use their tool on my own purpose.

Automation Platform to Engage with People
Comments: A good platform to facilitate customer access, with good and fast customer service.
Pros:
A good tool for automating e-mail, which helps in obtaining customers and thus developing networks for companies. This platform is very useful for small business owners, sales representatives, and start-up entrepreneurs who are trying to reach customers.
Cons:
You need to add new features in order to complete its work, especially features that facilitate CRM work.

Great for contacting candidates, ATS and CRM
Comments: The customer support is brilliant and very fast. They are very open to feature suggestions or UI improvements. It's also saving me a lot of time.
Pros:
Ease of use, graphical view of the candidate pipeline stage, affordable, and like that you can buy the modules you need. Outbound Email is integrated with Outlook and InMails show up on LI.
Cons:
If I could track open rates and response rates of outbound messages, that would be great. I'm sure that it is on the product roadmap.

Jobin could be a game changer
Pros:
I have been a Loxo user for 6 yr and if Loxo closed tomorrow this the ATS I would use. I am still thinking of trying to incorporate it into my day-to-day just for the LinkedIn connection system and the data enrichment. If you are shopping for a new ATS you have to check this out. It is not perfect but it has some amazing features that I wished my ATS has. The ability to parse hundreds of linked in profiles at a time and then mass connection request them is worth the price alone.
Cons:
no CRM drip campaign feature. No Iphone app (that I know of)

Hi Thom, We're happy to announce that a drip campaign feature has been implemented into Jobin.cloud! You can now customize and build your own sequence of operations, combining all provided outreach methods (emais, direct messages, inMails, and connection invitations) together with additional operators that allow you to track contacts that reach certain stages of your sequence e.g.: if they accept your invitation move them to your "contacted" stage, or if they don't respond within 14 days move them to "not interested". You can even add conditions to your drip campaign to personalize sequences depending on the criteria that the contacts match.
