- Single location for all application attachments. 
- The "circulate for signatures" and automatic issue is useful.

> **Cons**: - The BoQ/Activity schedule/Variation section is very clunky; full of interlocks (refusing entirely legitimate inputs) and lacking anything like the functionality that a spreadsheet offers.  
- If you're an "advanced QS" you'll find yourself doing Excel assessments, fudging the same into PayApps and pasting the comment "see attached spreadsheet" an awful lot.

> I'd be happy with it if it was an application portal with reminders,  a basic payment notice front page, a sign-off circulation function and an attachment space; that would be plenty.

> **Pros**: Payapps saves me a day of compiling payment schedules \& RCTI's each month through automation of the process.  Payapps is also a great product to assist with tracking the financial position with the subcontractor through the duration of their works.

> **Cons**: When i first started using Payapps it could be glitchy with the costing system the company I was at was using.  This was ultimately resolved.  The initial conversation with Subcontractors to explain the mutual benefits of the system can be difficult.  I find that they're generally on board \& like it once they've used it.

> I have used Payapps for 4 + years now and couldn't see a world where i didn't use it in the future

> **Pros**: I didn't think it would be so easy to review claims in my time as a Contracts Administrator. When I was first introduced to Payapps i showed all my other friends who are in the industry to flaunt my new software that i had the opportunity to use. Reviewing claims is so easy and allows the proper workflow procedures to be followed, as well as ensure that all  relevant documentation is submitted and complied against. It is the dream program for CA's.

> **Cons**: There isn't much that i dislike about this software, however, when reviewing certain claims, the reasoning for the claims can most of the time be cut off and it makes it hard to see what option you are selecting. I believe this is just a simple technical error that will be fixed in the near future.
