> **Pros**: I can't say that I like one feature more than another in Madison because I like all of them, and I have all the departments that we work on in a single software. The modules for billing, accounting, sales, CRM, reports, and that can be integrated with the Happy Clean website, have given a huge turn to the business.

> **Cons**: Well, I have been thinking about it 2 days ago and still have nothing.

> I love that with Madison, the numbers are easy for me and I can make better decisions for the growth of the company. I know exactly how much we spend and on what, how much we are billing, who are the best customers, how much money we have on the street, what expenses we must cut, we can generate the tax report and much more. One of the big problems we had was that we handled everything in excel (what a headache). After discovering Madison, we've streamlined every accounting, administrative, and commercial, saving a ton of time. And not to mention their customer service, it's on another level.
