> **Pros**: The ease of use was pretty top notch. I learned the sstem in an afternoon and was posting ads immediately after that for the company I worked for at the time.

Additionally, different headers and network logos that link to your own website and social media outlets might aid in building your brand.

> **Pros**: It has so many communities on the app. I liked how it gave me options to meet up with copious amounts of people for professional purposes, but also for personal ones.

> **Cons**: The price. Not that it was necessarily expensive, but it was priced high enough where I had to consider if I would really use it. If you're going through a tough time financially you will reconsider using it unless, it's proven to be a necessity for you, not speculative.

> First I used the free app. I started to use it during the pandemic. The possibilities seemed endless. There were communities that could help me meet other professionals in my industry, make friends, and even some possible dating opportunities. I am just a very practical person. Once I realized I had other avenues for what was most important to me I did not use the paid version because I did not really actually need it. For example I need very specific referral partners to increase my market share in my industry.  If I felt this was imperative that I would have used it. In my case Linked In Pro was more effective. But for others this may work very very well.
