There's no grey area about what needs to be done or what priority tasks should be given. The product gives you complete visibility over your entire area and provides an excellent way for teams to communicate and work together.

> **Cons**: It was an adjustment to move to a platform, although StrategyX is easy enough to use. It took getting used to the idea of having everything assigned in advance but the benefits are obvious once you see it in action.

The fact that strategy execution is tied to strategic goals gives clarity to everything and keeps everyone aligned and working together.
