> **Pros**: I like that the system is pretty easy to use and set up - emails look nice and I like the send limits.

> **Cons**: Their support is bad. One of the primary reasons that we opted for MailPoet is that we could schedule emails to go out for post notifications.  These are time specific, ie 'Send on the 2nd Tuesday of the Month' which works great... except for an EXTREMELY easy fix they refuse to do.  They have 1st, 2nd and 3rd days of the month, but the other option is 'Last' which can be the 4th or 5th occurance of that day in the month.

Sure there may be a use case for sending on the last, but a far more common for the 4th.  The logic is the same for 1,2,3 so why not 4?  Why not have both? They refuse to help and send the same response from their purported 'Happiness Engineers'.  Their solution?  Just go manually change it each month.  Yeah... dumb.

> **Cons**: They instantly locked my account when I went to send and they claimed it was “bounced emails” - however I then moved to Mailchimp and they didn’t bounce and delivered perfectly fine via another service. 

I asked them for a refund and they’ve responded back saying it’s against their policy. I didn’t even get to use the service they’re refusing to refund the £30.

No support on weekends, had a massive marketing opportunity and MailPoet failed at the first hurdle, couldn’t even get an email out after hours on a Friday.

> **Pros**: I like the list management, I like that everything you really need is bundled in a single plugin, and it's free. Yes, there are add-ons, and you will need to upgrade for high-volume emailing, but for a small business to send out a weekly newsletter to a moderate-sized list, it's the way to go.

> **Cons**: There isn't much. I do wish that the signup widgets were more customizable and a bit more intuitive, but it's nothing you can't figure out with a little work.

> 99% positive. Love the plug-in, will continue using it daily and we continue recommending the plug-in.

> **Pros**: It's directly integrated inside of Wordpress, so you can manage your email campaign directly from your website. But a part from that is a mess
