The foldering system makes it easy to set up drafts, versions. and review copies. We never have to wonder the history of our response from first draft to final submissions. I also like the permissions function -- unless I give someone write permisssions, they cannot make changes to my document. It's frustrating to look a draft and see edits/additions/changes made...but not by me. I love that I can refer back to previous proposal responsdes via the library artchittecture to see how we addressed a requirement previously, With Privia, all writing, editing, and reviews are organized and take place in one setting.
