I wanted to reach out with some feedback for SimpleSet that I thought of as I was just making a program for a client. I noticed that in the paediatric section there aren't any images of children of color, or really in any of the exercises. It would be great if we could add diversity to the exercise images, as I know they are so helpful for our clients to understand what the activities are. If they could see a little bit of themselves reflected in the content, that would likely go a long way in helping them feel confident in carrying out their program and achieving their goals. The quick use of the program to email clients and save makes it easy for future appointments. Pictures and videos are very helpful for clients along with tracking sheets. > > **Cons**: The update that was initially done had more steps required to send the exercises to clients. The password the client must put in adds an extra step and sometimes clients have difficulty with it. Seems slightly unnecessary since there is no personal health information on the exercise sheets or anything specific to the client. > > Overall simpleset is extremely easy to use. A wide range exercises captures most of the exercises I need for my clients and those that aren't included are very simple to add in. Love that you can save your favorites, flip images (for R/L preference), customize the parameters and/or save frequently used ones, etc. Clients love the encouraging welcomes and confetti openings and find it simple to use as well. > > **Cons**: I've never had issues with the program in the year that I've been using it except for once a couple of weeks ago when it would crash in the middle of when I was creating my exercise program (which it had NEVER done previously). Obviously the problem was rectified on the back end as it hasn't happened again since that one week.
