> **Pros**: To receive calls even when one is not home; ability to open door when one is not home

> **Cons**: Software does not establish connection to visitor in timely manner and audible connection does not work at all, so I have to buzz in anyone in order to not miss deliveries -we therefor have no more security. But I can never hear them. System does not work at all when temperatures drop below freezing, so you are locked out unless you kept a real key and no visitor can get in and sometimes not even call.

> It does not really work and we have no more control over the door - are forced to buzz anyone in. Being locked out and unreachable when the temperatures drop is unacceptable.  I also do not appreciate that I can neither chose a door code for my visitors, nor have the randomly generated one last for more than a month without begging the admin to extend it. I reached out to LobiBox and was ignored.
