> **Pros**: It is very good for commercial real estate where most properties are rentals such as retail, industrial and offices. The search function with town and then entering a scrolling map is good as well and easy to see/follow.
> 
> **Cons**: Its not great for leisure properties in terms of finding specific uses. A little of the same for hospitality properties as well.
> 
> Great way to find out what is listed in an area. I sue it mainly for comparables on other properties that I am discussing with buyers and sellers.
