> **Pros**: It's the only one on the market more or less, it's consistently used by EOR and it's easy to roll out due to the kind of "path of least resistence."

> **Cons**: The front of remote health is just a marketplace of bureaucratic, ineffective, slow providers in country. Once you're behind the Remote 'platform' you're interfaced with a traditional, difficult to use system. 

Once you've submitted a claim, the providers do almost anything they can to discredit the claim. It is, at this point, barely worth offering the benefit at all.

We'll be moving off it as soon as there are better options.

> **Cons**: I miss a better way of showing exactly which are your coverages.

> Maybe not related to the software itself, but having to pay for the medical expenses in advance is not cool. I would value a better integration within the medical network (at least in Spain in which all medical insurances pay all in advance).

> **Pros**: I've been using Safety Wing (Remote Health plan) for over 4 years and it's the best company perk we have. The claim system is easy and smooth and the reimbursement comes back quickly. You get the best care when you are sick and in need, but it also helps you take care of your general health with complementary therapies\!

> **Cons**: Sometimes the platform to submit a claim gets stuck but it's quickly solved by contacting customers' support.
