> **Pros**: The Analytics3 tool bar helps to navigate the tools with great ease. The additional user guides have been extremely helpful for new users across all products. The trainings by \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] Has been absolutely awesome\! She has worked with most of our team on both group and independent trainings with rave reviews\!  So with that said when you train someone for the first time the tools are very intuitive to most if not all users. The tools also attracts you to try to figure out what you are looking to understand.

> **Cons**: It is difficult to look at differences between Plan view and PBM view and sort through the separate reports to determine who owns what lives.   I value having the ability to look at PBM view but I wish it could be easier.
> 
> It is a real asset to my daily operational work and it is invaluable for me when preparing communications and appointments with HPs and PBMs.
