App is extremely user friendly
Support is generally easy and thorough

> **Cons**: It's a third party so sometimes a game of telephone to make sure requests/orders get to caterers and drivers. Driving delays would be the worst issue. ezCater usually does a good job of removing caterers/drivers who fail.

> Excellent from end user perspective
Some caterers frustrated with commission
Some drivers frustrated when tips don't transfer - another third party to third party game of telephone
