We also find the mobile tool very helpful in delivering a sustainable approach - which supports efficiency. > > **Cons**: -Single Workorder multiple asset setup needs alot of improvement. -Assets don't import per excel sheet, causing the structure to be skewed in Asset Trees -If customer support chat cannot help solve, it can take quite a while to get feedback. I would appreciate an easier path to the more advanced implementation specialists > > eMaint is a very good tool, with lots of opportunities. It can be quite daunting with all the new features that appear, but am glad that eMaint is proactively updating the system. Would appreciate more examples of coding custom expressions and giving examples. For example, some easy things that are done in excel, are a bit tricky to make happen in eMaint.
