> **Pros**: The interface is straightforward and well-organized, making it easy to navigate. I also appreciate the high level of customizability that Credible offers, along with its seamless integration with a powerful BI tool like Yellowfin.

> **Cons**: The UI looks old, however their are mass improvements beginning to release that offers a modern look.

> Credible is the first EHR I’ve worked with, and I’m grateful for the experience. I feel that the onboarding and learning process could have been much more challenging with another system. I also appreciate the training sessions and continuous learning opportunities that Credible provides.

> **Cons**: Lately has lots of latency issues. Seems like everyday. Do weekly updates that tend to break other parts of the system. Asking customers to test a rollout is not working out at all..

> **Cons**: Emar, elabs and erx are all  need to be updated   or redeveloped as tend to be very manual processes 
 Client portal is  about as expensive as the EHR system and is still underdevelopment so not fully functional

> Credible  was bought out by Qualifacts  and that has led to some good changes and also some concerns. Our major  problem is we bought this system because  it has a workable Emar and looked like a good client portal . However in actual use both ended up being subpar really. They are developing a new Emar  which looks  better  so that is good. We are pretty unhappy with the cost structure of the client portal and are not currently contracted  for it.
