> **Pros**: The UC Collaboration on desktop and mobile is by far the most reliable we have used and the most simple to understand for our customers.

> **Cons**: Being given initial gold status as part of the onboarding process; then having to keep to quarterly targets to retain this status; otherwise suffering price increases and a mention of having to pay £1500 per annum for use of Wildix support.  &#10;Holland distribution is frustration resulting in longer lead times, inflated courier charges and further costs for breaking a pallet and box if we don't take a set Qty of the same item. &#10;Too much push on HaaS; not everyone wants this option; releasing newer handsets on HaaS and leaving the capex orders with old model stock.

> We are a believer in the product; its been tried and tested and has some real USP's compared to our other platform providers.

> **Pros**: Wildix can be used out of the box as a unified communication system or with some additional effort can be adapted to fit specific customer requirements. We have used Wildix where other vendor solutions would not deliver what the customer needed.

> **Cons**: We had to invest time in training to learn how to configure the system, its not as intuitive as some systems, mainly because the system is capable of so much. As the system is intended for professionals to deploy on behalf of their customers the training issue is not a problem for a new customer to worry  about.

> We have found the team at Wildix are helpful and are able to resolve any issues and give advice on set up and support of the system. Their new AI features will be of major benefit to new and existing customers.

> **Cons**: - Support and communication are unreliable and inconsistent&#10;- Longstanding technical issues (emergency calls, Classound, number porting) remain unresolved despite repeated escalation&#10;- Partner inquiries are ignored or answered with vague, non-binding statements&#10;- Marketing support is nearly non-existent; brand awareness in our market (Switzerland) is extremely low&#10;- MRR reporting was distorted by internal mistakes (e.g. licenses running out) and not corrected, despite promises&#10;- Downgrades are communicated indirectly via support tickets instead of transparent dialogue&#10;- Strategic partner commitments are not kept, and critical feedback is dismissed rather than resolved

However, the promised support never came. For several years now, we've faced unanswered emails, unresolved technical issues, and vague responses that never lead to real solutions.&#10;We have invested significant resources – both time and money – into making Wildix work in our market, but without the support and transparency we were promised, that investment has not paid off. The platform has potential, but the partner management and operational delivery fall far short of expectations.
