Excellent cooperation from GetID

Comments: My overall experience with GetID is great. I have perfect communication with the team of GetID and I also be able to say my opinion for what I prefer to change from GetID to match with my Company`s needs and standards. They are always ready to help even in no work hours.

Pros:

What did I like most about this software is that GetID verification is super easy and pretty accurate about verifications.

Cons:

I didn`t like when GetID had no option to change settings for specific countries one by one, but I know that they are working on this and I`m sure that they will got this done as soon as possible with incredible results!

This SaaS is the best.

Comments: We run a cryptocurrency app where it’s very important to run a KYC/AML in real time. The UI is flawless for our users. 100% user friendly. And it’s Multilingual.

Pros:

This was the smoothest API implementation we have made. This guys have a very good API documentation, awesome support team, and awesome following up.

Cons:

It would be nice to add a “Credit Card Verification” during the KYC process. For example, the user showing the credit card in one hand (covering 8 middle numbers) and his ID in the other hand. This would be very helpful to verify if the credit card exist and who is purchasing is the real owner of the credit card. This will help us to avoid chargebacks from the bank.

Exactly what we needed

Comments: GetID has helped us adhere to the stringent anti-money laundering criteria in the UK by helping to verify that our clients are who they say they are. Overall the experience with GetID has been nothing short of amazing - I only wish that all new implementations were this easy!

Pros:

GetID has all of the functionality that we needed in one place. Setup was unbelievably easy and straight forward and the support from GetID was second to none. It was more like working with an efficient department within your own company than a third party provider. Other options we looked at either didn't have all the tools we needed in one place or required advanced setup/ third party developers to get working. Plus the price point of GetID is brilliant and far cheaper than other alternatives that we looked at.

Cons:

So far everything is working as expected and any minor issues we've had have been addressed by customer support.

Comments: We needed to our clients checking for company AML and KYC procedures. With reports from GetID we resolved this problem.

Pros:

GetID is easy to use and user friendly. All main functions works as we needed.

Cons:

We use programme about one month, no integration is made, we use browser version. So maybe problems will appear when we start to integrate to our website and customize. But i belive we resolve all questions with GetID support team. They answers very quick and professionaly.

Pros:

- efficient - simple to configure - you don't pay if it fails

Cons:

- does not support WebView - a couple of issues with different phones (will be solved )

Easy to use

Comments: The web sdk, api and dashboard are pretty simple to use.
The getId team is available and reactive.

Pros:

The identity verification is fast and easy to use for our clients.

Cons:

We haven't acces to the billing part on the dashboard.
