Comments: I have been using Google pay for a few years now, It has a user-friendly and various digital payment options. It provides detailed transaction history and rewards for frequent usage. However, occasional processing delays and the lack of in-depth spending analytics are areas for potential improvement. Overall, Google Pay remains a convenient and secure choice for everyday digital transactions.

Pros:

Google Pay has a nice user-friendly interface. which simplifies bill payments and recharges of various types. Shows a detailed transaction history and Provides option for many different payment modes. Also, we can send money using phone numbers instead of GPay ID and we can use autopay for recurring payments. Not to mention It provides good rewards.

Cons:

Transaction speed can be a bit slow at times. Additionally, It does not provide analytics for how much we spend on different categories.

Google pay offers security and fast transactions.

Comments: Google pay is fast and secure payment app that offers all type of bill payments and upi payments.It is a best Upi app that is secured by google.

Pros:

Google pay's server are highly accurate the chances of payment failure is very rare.

Cons:

Sometimes rewards are not worth satisfactory.

Account Suspended last 15 days google pay earing interest on my money 60000 rs

i am taking follow up from last 15 dasy my 60000 rs stuck and gapy earn interest on my money , very poor service , very disappointed , my account suspended here i am attaching 5 complain number, everyone give same answer 24-48 hrs your query will resolve we have escalate the issue, but i think they dont have right pawer to solve query on same day now my waiting period almost 15 days, dont know how much they will play with me , every care person said once your account will active there side money will come in 24 hrs so guys dont use gapy ull be suffer like me Complain number

Comments: It's free easy to use convenient and does everything I need it for and more. I would 100% refer this software to all my friends and family no problem!

Comments: I made a payment of rupees 500 on [sensitive content hidden] through Google Pay but due to network failure my money got deducted and I have not received any refund yet. I'm still waiting for a refund.

Pros:

It is easy to use but had a bad experience, can't trust it.

Cons:

Very Useful and Easy to Use Payment App

Comments: Generally i like using google pay for online purchases. But whenever i try to use it at a store or a tap POS device, it doesnt work with my banks debit/visa.

Pros:

I love its easy of use and how it can be used over a variety of apps to make purchases, if your app is linked to your google account. I like the security better on this one over paypal, which has very intense security measures. I like google pay with its ease of use with online purchases.

Cons:

Not very useful at in person POS app or to use at a store tap device. Also some app like for a restaurant app wont take my bank debit/visa, but its fine for a delivery app. But i can use Wise debit/visa for purchases at a store.

There are zero flaws with google pay. I wouldnt change anything

Customer support is not good and takes long time to get response for inquiry.

To be honest I like everything and it’s to hard to fine any mistakes

Difficult to change payments method

Comments: To change the payment method, it is necessary to be patient or an inhabitant of the 20th century...
It is necessary to go from each subscription to the next and manually refresh the page.
It's backward and time-consuming. It can be said that Google wants to make it dye.

You can pay automatically for several apps.

Is a good app for safe transactions

Comments: Google pay helped me to keep typing my payment in Chrome or Android, I can pay online securely and I can take easily steps to block my wallet if my phone was lost or stolen.

Pros:

I like that I can put all my cards into online wallet, where my info are save, and I can do my payments easily, without an effort to introduce the details card.

Cons:

I don’t like that is not compatible with iOS system.

If you love Android, you have to love Google!!!

Comments: Google Pay has always taken care of me while using for purchases and payments that I received. I will continue to use until I see otherwise that it is not safe to use. Especially when it comes to shopping at the store and not needing to pull out a particular card that I might now have with me. I always have them in Google Pay!

Pros:

I really don't have anything but great things to say about Google Pay. The way my data is secured and kept virtual always makes me feel safe and know that I am backed by a reputable company. Plus my information is one step further from hackers and that is always a plus when using Google Pay.

Cons:

I really can't think of anything negative to say for this. Being an Android user primarily, this company has kept all my information secure, allows me to create from a range of apps and so much more. I have never had an issue with any payments in Google Pay, so for now this one will keep all its stars.

Modern way of on-line payment

Comments: There is no longer a need to worry about moving with cash since all payments are done with the application.I give google pay 10/10 because it simplified payments processing being it small payment of huge one. And the feature of QR scanning most especially in COVID-19 terra there was no need to get hands on anything.

Pros:

Google Authentication and fraud protection are the most interesting features within this payment system.The system is easy to use.

Cons:

Tracking of payment history ranging from one to two months is really difficult to get them.I think they need to solve this.

I love how I can pay other restaurants and other markets with this. It's easy to use and fast deposits.

The customer service needs to be a little more better. Kinda hard to get someone to respond to an email.

Comments: If your looking for a wat to have all your payment methods combined in one application making it easy to pay at most retailers than google pay is a great service to consider

I love how all my cards can be saved in my google wallet making it seamless to pay at any retailer with google pay.

Some smaller cards are not compatible with google pay which can be frustrating.

Google disappointing pay

Guy this app is stupid try to improve your services create space for national banks,this app only supports fnb ,what about us capitec users?? Cant recieve my money from Google rewards because of this problem

Google Pay Review Mobile

Pros:

Its quick, safe and efficient! I really have enjoyed Google Pay more than other pay apps Ive used. Its quick to do the job and Im able to access it alot more efficiently and pay more efficiently!

Cons:

The lack of mobile alerts and the complicated way that my cards had to be uploaded and updated into Google Pay. It sent me on an infinite loop of calling my bank prior to adding my card, rather than asking what my CVV code was or even activating it in other means. It took me about 1.5 hours to set my VISA card on my google pay.

Payments made easy

Comments: I use Google Pay to pay for almost everything and it is safe and secure platform so I am completely satisfied with it.

Pros:

The best feature about Google Pay is it is safety and security. It is easy to use as a payment method and payments can be made in many physical as well as online stores. I use Google Pay integrating with my bank account at almost everything I purchase and it has not disappointed me yet.

Cons:

There not much issues with Google Pay apart from the fact that it is not available in all the other countries.
