> **Pros**: Easy to implement, easy to train and to use. The invoicing works seamessly and some reports, in general can be used by non accounting personnel.

> **Cons**: Payroll has lots of issues, yes, Colombian regulations are moving like crazy and they like any other firm have some issues adjusting to changes but we pick up lots of aritmetic errors or concepts, some functions start giving errors after some time working fine. Reported errors can take forever, payment by flat file to some banks has taken over 2 years and it's not implemented yet. Differences between payroll registry and accounting. People at the call center have very little knowledge of the system itself.

> Is mostly positive but many errors require additional steps in excel or adjustments in order to work, interface to PILA is very rudimentary, lots of errors that have to be corrected by hand off the software before importing them into PILA
