> **Pros**: Bigin is a really simple, highly intuitive CRM, ideal for small businesses who are looking to roll out an easy to use product that just works. There's a learning curve as you'd expect but it's minimal. Bigin comes with an extensive suite of ready to go pipelines or you can custom build your own - either way, you could be up and running in order an hour.

> **Cons**: I haven't found any downsides yet as we're still only starting out - maybe they'll come in time. I guess being one of the lesser know CRMs, Youtube tutorials aren't as plentiful as you'd hope for but that said, it's not really that difficult to figure out how to do most things.

> As a small construction business that had struggled with spreadsheets / emails / whatsapp messages etc, Bigin has given our company a single 'point of truth' for our sales / installation teams which has resulted in fewer things falling through the cracks.
