Prices are competitive.

> **Cons**: There is no direct integration with WooCommerce--or, to my knowledge, with other ecommerce platforms. That means their dashboard isn't as useful, because pending orders aren't shown there.
I don't like that the account has to be funded in advance rather than labels being billed to a credit card as they are purchased.

> **Pros**: It allows us to integrate with one software provider and opens up a whole network of global couriers and services that we can then offer in our product to our customers.

> **Cons**: Its so complicated, not necessarily Easypost directly but moreso the world of shipping and frieght so its actually taken us about 4 years before we have a product that most of our customers are happy with. They have also done updates recently that have slowed the API calls down by 200% which has a knock on effect on our services to our customer.

> Its been OK. The support is actually very good and responsive despite us being in the UK and them being in the US.
We have used other vendors in the past and Easypost has been the best so far.

> **Pros**: Honestly nothing so far, we're stumped by this but we're basically going in circles just trying to do simple tasks like creating a batch of usps shipping labels from a csv file, something that is easy to do in almost every other software.

> **Cons**: It's very customizable but ridiculously difficult to set up simple tasks in

> Not great at all.  We had to purchase this as part of another software package and we are trying to like it but it's ridiculously frustrating to use.  For the long term maybe it would make sense but right now we're dumping a ton of time into shipping tasks that only take us minutes in stamps.com or shipstation.
