The glossy marketing makes it sound like the lovechild of Adobe InDesign and Canva, sipping cocktails on a beach somewhere. But when you roll up your sleeves and start clicking around, the shine comes off fast. > > Customer support is another wild ride. Depending on the plan there are various file types available to publish. I also like that it automatically creates a great table of contents. I also dislike the ebook formatting because the paragraphs and title elements are not flexible for typing. Felt like I was sold on a faulty software. But that wasn't my biggest issue, actually. Trying to get out of the subscription service was so complicated it felt like a scam. I think that is VERY POOR FORM for any company. Not happy with that experience, and for people less tech savvy than me will be stuck in a loop with payments not knowing how to cancel. I don't like that one bit.
