> **Cons**: Makes all other similar offerings pale in comparison.  Once you are using Knowa, very difficult to settle for something else.

> So many practical ways of enhancing the whole trustee board experience, from running meeting to discussion forums and document storage. Also improvements are done in the background so don't interfere with usage.  Service is excellent too - nothing is too difficult.

Flexible in managing which users can see documents for individual agenda items. Easy to move between agenda items. Discussions can be recorded via collaboration space. Easy sign off process. Quick response to queries via helpdesk.
