Pros:

I don't need to spend a lot of time on it, the service would do AD fraud detection automatically for me. Also the price is reasonable, customer support is kind and heartful.

Cons:

The only slight downside for me personally is that a lot of the agents I interacted with were in a far time zone from me.

Complete offering, incredible support, cannot recommend highly enough.

Comments: Throughout my interactions, they were quick to jump on calls with me to work through challenges, and their high-touch approach was the best I've ever seen of any service period.

Pros:

There's so much to like, but if I had to pick a favorite aspect of Spider AF, it's the support. Within 2mins of starting a live chat to ask a question, I was in a video call with one of their reps talking about my needs and getting my questions answered. They've been committed and knowledgeable, honest and thorough. Everything you could ever hope for in a service.

Cons:

The only slight downside for me personally is that a lot of the agents I interacted with were in a far time zone from me. That said, they went the extra mile to add me on slack and are responsive even way outside their work hours when I have a question, so that's really well mitigated as well.

Great solution to prevent fraud traffic and the most supportive team ever!

Comments: With SpiderAF, it has never been easier to detect fraudulent traffic. Since implementing SpiderAF, we have been seeing a difference in our traffic tracking routine and improvement in our traffic quality, which has resulted in much positive feedback from our buyer partners.

Pros:

- Very user-friendly dashboard. By digging down into SpiderAF's dashboard, we were able to see the detailed analysis of impressions/clicks distribution, outdated devices, developer's browsers, etc. then found out which publishers and how they delivered bad traffic. - The customer support team of Phybbit works really effectively. They helped us not only in interpreting the analysis but also in continuously developing new functions based on our requests.

Cons:

- Understanding that it is not easy to measure the viewability but that's one of the main features that we're looking for at the moment, so it would be great if they have the analysis of this category.

A more accurate and effective tool for creating safer ads

Comments: Up until now, we’ve only uploaded ads within Japan to avoid fraud. But ever since SpiderAF was introduced to our agency, we’ve been able to make arrangements to exclude sites with fraud from our billing and we’ve gotten more confident to now take on new challenges abroad without increasing any labor from our part.

Pros:

・Each kind of fraud is visualized through scores, so we can see what we need to pay attention to from a glance. ・CTIT distribution is displayed on a graph, so we can provide concrete evidence against fraud. ・Since fraud is determined by site IDs, ad terminations can be kept at a minimum. ・We can take full advantage of the tool thanks to the great amount of support from SpiderAF staff after we introduced the tool.

Cons:

・There needs to be improvements in the SDK campaign names since campaign names are displayed on SDK as is. ・There needs to be a better understanding on the characteristics of every ad when they’re being uploaded because there have been times where ads with different CTIT distribution characteristics from the average are mistaken for fraud.

Automatic& Reasonable service

Pros:

Cons:

Maybe the variety of frauds are hard to explain to other people.But that is not the service's fault.

Cost-effective

Comments: It reduces the occurrence of ad-fraud and enables optimal ad delivery. It can also be used to detect fraud, select high quality media, and gain the trust of advertisers.

Pros:

The cost-effectiveness of the product is very impressive. Also, the staff is very responsive, courteous, and quick to respond, so there are few problems.

Cons:

I would like to see more plans, as a wide variety of plans would broaden the scope of our use. Also, we would like to know in more detail to what extent ad-fraud is prevented.

An Ad fraud prevention tool with an easy to view management screen.

Comments: We were surprised by the amount of damage that ad fraud had caused. It was way more than what we could have ever imagined.
Thinking that ad fraud was happening close by, there was a sense of urgency for us to be in a situation where we could check and investigate on our end. By eliminating unnecessary advertising costs through anti fraud tools, we were able to invest that amount back into high performance medium and obtain more users.

Pros:

The management screen is easy to look at. We can now understand what kind of ad fraud could possibly occur on our ads.

Cons:

Not being able to notice anything unless you access the management screen. I think if we could get notifications for when fraud is detected on ads that have a high vulnerability (of ad fraud), it would make the tool easier to use. That’s what we would want to see in the future.

Pros:

The most important thing is that it detects fraudulent clicks and bots and reduces wasted advertising costs; Yahoo Ads actually refunds the advertising costs incurred from fraudulent clicks with an adjustment fee, so you can visibly see the effect of your ads.

Cons:

As for Google ads, the API linkage automatically excludes fraudulent IPs, so we don't have to do anything, but the effect is not so obvious.

Great PPC Fraud Prevention Tool

Comments: I loved working with them and believe it’s worth it for those who have various campaigns with high CPC.

Pros:

I enjoyed its ease of use to read the dashboard, as well as setting up the tool.

Cons:

I believe there should be more in dowry reporting and insights about what’s being prevented.

Very Friendly Customer Service!

Pros:

This software helps to detect ad fraud. Very quick responses when we have questions. I personally met some account managers at the company. All of them are polite, friendly and reliable.

Cons:

Some knowledge related ad frauds are highly specialized, so it requires lots of input to fully understand the ad fraud. It might take some time to be accustomed to making the most of the software.

Pros:

タグを設定するだけで悪質なクリックのアドフラウド対策が開始できて、どのような種類のアドフラウドが多かったのかツールの管理画面からもわかり、ツールの影響で削減できたコストの概算も出してくれる。また、悪質なコンバージョンの対策もできるため、質が担保されているコンバージョン計測ができるのが良い。

Cons:

過去除外されたプレースメントがなぜ除外されたのか、管理画面から振り返れるとより良くなる。

まずは気軽に相談してみて!最初はタダだし。

Comments: メリットが大きい割に、ほぼカスタマーサポートの方がレポートを出してくれるので使用感があまりないです。しかし、これを上司などに報告するととても喜ばれます。少ない工数で会社には大きなメリットを出してくれます。

Pros:

デメリットがないのに、メリットが大きい所。多くの広告を出しているのならやらない理由が分からない。一番は、無駄広告がハッキリ見えるのが有り難い。マーケターとして把握しておたいけどdフォウしていいか分からないポイントだから助かる。

Cons:

特に無いです。粗探しても見つからないです。導入する際に、上司にも言われましたが、デメリットのない商品なんてないからきちんと報告しなさいと言われましたが特にない。使ってみて出てくると思いきや、それでもないですね。

Pros:

不正クリックや不正なコンバージョンがなくなり広告のパフォーマンスが改善し費用対効果が上がる

Cons:

一部の機能のみ使用している状況のため、まだまだスパイダーafを使いこなせていない事が課題。
