Simply the Best Course Funnels

Comments: I am very impressed with Systeme.io. I tried many other platforms that offer a "free" tier (Thinkific, Teachable, and wildly-overpriced Kajabi), but I was swayed by Systeme.io because it offered a full start-to-finish funnel path for free. Plus the interface is very clean and easy to navigate, and the included templates are a breeze to edit. I found the templates went deeper than the competitors in terms of HTML/CSS editing as well. I am extremely happy and I had no apprehension about upgrading to a paid account. Highly recommend!

Pros:

Systeme.io packages a dizzying array of features into an elegant, intuitive package. It's easy to get up and running, and even a novice user should be able to get far along the funnel production line without consulting help. And Systeme.io's customer support is second to none.

Cons:

As with all marketing software, some of the nomenclature can be a little confusing ("tags" are "email lists"?), but that is something that can be cleared up by watching the instructional videos. Or support, which has a blindingly fast turnaround time. And even though they give you a single-use of all features for free, you will find yourself needing more when you build a full marketing funnel. I did launch a mini-course with the free tier, but I immediately wanted more automations and actions.

All-in-One business solution for memberships and course creators

Comments: I have loved Systeme.io so far! I was very excited to find it. They have a big emphasis on affiliate marketing also, and provide lots of opportunities to offer your products to affiliate marketers as well as opportunities to be an affiliate marketer.

Pros:

It's comparable to other great platforms like Kajabi but at a much lower price. The back-in layout has a similar feel but a bit more flexibility. I also like having visual mapping of automations and workflow processes (unlike Kajabi).ALSO - it has the ability to add an order bump and one-click upsell, which not many platforms I've explored seem to have.

Cons:

I'm a big fan of using automations and tagging to run my business. To use more automations/workflows I have to upgrade quite a bit (but for the price compared to other platforms, that's actually not unreasonable).

My account has been Restricted before I've even got started with the account

Comments: I am very annoyed with systeme.ioThe said I have exceeded my limits and all I did was sign up with them for the FREEMIUM Plan, but they've sent me countless emails saying I have exceeded my limits on my Plan and I have not.I have asked them to check to see if there is a duplicate with my name or if my account has been hacked.. I am waiting to hear back from them.

Pros:

I cannot comment on that because I have not got to that stage yet to find out what I like about it.

Cons:

They're accusing me of exceeding the Limits of my Plan and I know I have not.Also the text on their help pages are extremely feint. they need to make it a bit more darker, so people with impaired vision can see the text properly.

Great Marketing Automation Software

Comments: It really helps lift the burden of marketing off my shoulder, it is a very affordable software to use, it has both the free and paid packages. It is a great site that is easy-to-use and navigate.

Pros:

I love the landing page builder; I love how easy it is to navigate; and I love the fact that it enables drag and drop.The email campaign automation is also another thing I love about this site; it has a fast email delivery rate and an easy-to-use and understand email composer.I also love the list-building feature. I love how it helps build an email list from scratch and how it groups leads according to the specific campaign with the use of tags.Overall, it's really great marketing automation software for businesses.

Cons:

There's really nothing much I dislike about this site.I don't like how limited the landing page builder template is, I thing it would be nice if more templates could be addedAnd I don't like the fact that when building a landing page on a laptop and then switching to a phone disorganizes everything

A great user experience

Comments: Honestly moving to Systeme has been a breeze. It's intuitive and easy to use, and I recommend it to my clients.

Pros:

I switched over to Systeme after having used Kartra for many years.Systeme is soooo much easier to setup and use. I re-built my website (previously on Wordpress), migrated my list and courses, and all for a much lower monthly subscription fee. I love the new community feature (goodbye Facebook groups).And I can see the team are working hard to always implement new features and make this the best tool out there!

Cons:

The course portals aren't super customisable, and you can't currently add your own branding colours.

After using Systeme.io for 10 months, I can say that I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of use and versatility of the platform. The creation of sales funnels, lead capture pages, and sales pages is simple and intuitive, and there is a wide range of templates and building blocks to customize the content.The customer support from Systeme.io is also excellent. I received quick and helpful responses to my questions and technical issues.

Cons:

Regarding the negative aspect, I found that the page editor was sometimes a bit slow and there could be minor bugs in the tracking statistics. However, these issues were quickly resolved with the help of customer support.

Comments: There are not many things I don't like about the io system, maybe the premium price is a bit high but it's still ok and also when you are in free mode at the beginning you are a bit limited in terms of the sales tunnel and the email lists

What I like about system io is that it's very easy to use, it's very well listed and also very well organised, for example if you want to create sales tunnels or even promote high value products and earn commissions it's great, and also the customer service which is very reactive and very professional

There is not much I don't like about the io system, maybe the premium price is a bit high but it is still correct

I setup my whole marketing system extremely fast!

Comments: It helped me build my whole marketing system in literally less than 30 minutes.

Pros:

I love that there's so many different templates to choose from when building a funnel and literally everything is already done for you.

Cons:

I wish there was a option to pick a domain through the software to make it quicker and easier.

I think price plan makes systeme.io unbeatable

It's an excellent marketing tool that I think could be the biggest competitor to click funnels if it does enough advertising and marketing work. I wish it had a more advanced survey system in it. They'll probably add it soon. They also have amazing customer service. I think the price makes systeme.io unbeatable.

I wish it had a more advanced survey system in it. I mean we have survey features in systeme.io but there is not any chance to custom field for customer writing their own reply. We just able to use ''multible choice'' option in survey features. And my second feedback will be affiliate payment options. Now we have just have paypall and USD Wise but it is not enough for many people. Let me explain why. In Turkey PayPall banned so we cant use it. We can use Wise but If you have USD Wise account, than wise just give you bank account info ''FOR JUST USING INSIDE OF USA'' . When you try to choose bank account for ''Outside of USA'' than Wise gives you this message ''Sorry, you are not yet able to obtain account information to receive international usd transfers.'' If we have chance to choose Wise Euro or Wise GBP than trouble would be solved. Because this currencies able to give you bank account for inside europe and outside europe as well. And we can get affiliate comissions via wise europe.

Comments: I am very impressed with systeme. I am so glad I found it. I came from an all-in-one platform that really wasn't missing much of anything but was hard to operate and often malfunctioned. I look forward to systeme getting even more intuitive and user-focused, adding new features, and continuing to deliver incredible service. Also, the promo they are doing where they will migrate for free saved me a ton of money- so grateful for this! Thank you!

Pros:

The price & all-in-one aspect is what attracted me to use this instead of Kartra. I like that it is simple. I like that it has affiliate opportunities, a marketplace, and great CS so far! I am new!

Cons:

It is still missing a few things that would make it TRULY all-in-one, like a calendar and surveys/quizzes for customers in memberships or for potential clients to apply for programs. I currently use Circle for memberships- if systeme integrated some of their features, I'd switch that over too! (i.e. live chats within the membership, more organization features like spaces and groups instead of just topics. Also, the ability to integrate/embed videos & files within posts in the communities.

ClickFunnels to Systeme.io

Comments: SO far amazing. I am a fairly experienced user with ClickFunnels, although I haven't had a profitable business yet, as I'm building up JanusFit, I google searched for 'best marketing funnel software for cheap' and found this blog https://systeme.io/blog/affordable-funnel-builder-software. It does everything that clickfunnels does for free to start out. This allows me to set up and test my funnel and marketing without it costing an arm and a leg before I've been able to generate any revenue. Because of this - once the biz takes off and I start taking in money, I'll be using systeme.io over the long run. So, kudos. Great marketing plan.

Pros:

Free intro pricing plan. I was looking for the most cost effective funnel software to build my business and test without paying $97/mo. to ClickFunnels and happened upon systeme.io. I am SO glad I found systeme.io and because of the long term marketing strategy of supporting new entrepreneurs, I'll definitely be using this platform as I start generating revenue for the biz.

Cons:

Only thing so far I haven't been able to figure out on my own is that lectures need to be published in order for them to be viewed from the student side. It wasn't obvious they needed to be published. Furthermore, the little green check icon that's beside each lecture makes it look like the lecture is already published and good to go - maybe reverse these so it's a yellow x when there's something wrong as opposed to the green check that needs to be clicked to publish? Just a thought.

Great value for the price

Comments: So far, the experience has been great. While some things are limited, we really appreciate the all-in-one place for customer management, email marketing, lead generation, and more. We have yet to launch our new website and start utilizing the tools of systeme.io, but we are very excited and currently in the setting up and building phase now. Cheers to easier management for our organization!

Pros:

Systeme.io is an one-stop shop, and we LOVE that it allows our organization to condense things down. Everything is pretty simple, although it does take some getting used to and toggling around.

Cons:

Some features are limited on the website builder. There are 3 things I don't like: 1. There's no drop-down menu feature. 2. To connect pages within the website builder, you have to manually type in a URL for each page rather than simply point to a page. 3. The form feature within the website builder is very limited. It's not ideal for longer forms like applications.

Great tool to get started with your marketing!

Comments: My experience so far has been great. The transition from other platforms it's been smooth.

Pros:

Compare to other marketing automation tools Systeme it's very easy to understand and get going. The initial approach with the interfase seems quite efficient because you focus on your commercial activities and not too much on the system features.

Cons:

There are some features that are still under development which you can live with it. Other than that seems a very promissory tool that will become your Swiss Army tool for your marketing needs.

A hidden gem! I wish more coaches know about Systeme.io

Comments: Very satisfied. I’m building a coaching sales page and email automation, and it took me awhile to find one that has multiple payment options in a sales page. Most have either subscription, one time, or payment plans but with really terrible UI. I also like that the pricing has respect and value for money. I’m already satisfied with freemium, but I plan to upgrade as our business expands.

Pros:

- there are multiple payment options feature for the sales page builder, that other funnel builders don’t have. Particularly, the option for payment plans, not just recurring subscription. - I also like how everything is here, and they’re all laid out. - the website builder is easy to use - They have freemium version - they have very good affiliate strategy - the price to upgrade looks really valuable - their sales strategy to upgrade doesn’t feel like they just want people’s money. - their customer support is highly supportive and responsive.

Cons:

None so far. I think there might be some minor bugs when I input something versus what shows up in the actual page, but it was immediately resolved by their customer support. I’m satisfied with systeme.io

The best funnel builder and email marketing software there is

Comments: Excellent... I run 3 different companies through them (a total of 7 accounts).
I have 6 service-based products/clients and one physical product biz.

Pros:

- All in one solution (emails and funnel builder in a single package) - Half the price of Clickfunnels and has email built in - Allows any niche - Customer service is awesome!

Cons:

- It's a newer company so they are still working out some functionality, but nothing has been major.

I can't believe how simple it is to use....

Comments: It was inexpensive, easy to use and I was able to create a campaign with ease

The system is super simple to use, even for a 10 year old which is huge for me because I am not a technically savvy person so I need everthing to be elementary. This system does that for me. Keep it simple

The BEST way to get started!

Comments: I've learned so much from joining Systeme.io. The creator, Aurelian, is just the nicest, and he is very approachable. They have a very interactive community on Facebook and he welcomes suggestions to continue to make the software better. His support staff is BAR NONE! Within a few hours my concerns were addressed, and more than once they helped me fix silly errors I had created. Otherwise I haven't needed support staff, because the software does what it's supposed to do. It works great.

Pros:

Systeme.io offers an "all-in-one" suite for your internet marketing efforts. Stop trying to "cobble together" your sales funnels, email list, squeeze and sales pages, and thank-you pages. It's all right here in this EXTREMELY easy to use product. I like that it is so simple a "tech caveman" (i.e., anyone like ME) can use it. It allowed me to "get" the flow of a funnel and how it works.

Cons:

The only reason I no longer use is because I needed additional features that most people wouldn't. I got a one-time deal on another all-in-one platform that will save me money in the long run. The other one had unlimited funnels, email lists, pages, etc. (But you can get basically all you need to get started from Systeme.io and grow from there at an extremely competitive rate). Systeme.io does not yet feature everything I need, but by everything, I mean vid player, appointment scheduler, payment processor, etc., on top of all the other features. I moved to a platform that has all of that. But for most, Systeme.io is ALL you need to get started! I will remain as an affiliate because I truly believe it is a game-changer for people struggling to get started with internet marketing!

A Perfect Platform for an Online Therapy Business

Comments: Before I discovered Systeme.io, I felt really sad for other Canadian therapists. It took me 10 years to figure out Wordpress and integrate it with a bunch of other programs. When the pandemic hit, my online speech language therapy website was already a well-oiled machine. I was flooded with referrals. I felt sad because younger therapists need an influx of referrals, whereas I don't. I wanted to teach them, but basing my coaching on Wordpress was doomed to failure because of the complexity. Then I discovered Systeme.io! Now I'm an eager coach.

Pros:

Systeme.io is a perfect platform for an online therapy business because the business owner can be in charge without getting overwhelmed by the technology. I'm working on coaching other therapists how to be online entrepreneurs at The Telepractice Way. The tech stack that I'm teaching people to use has Systeme.io as the core piece of software. It replaces tons of other frustrating programs and apps which don't integrate.

Cons:

As a Canadian therapist who is coaching other professionals, I think the training vidoes show the HOW, but people who are new to being online entrepreneurs won't understand the WHAT and WHY. They might be able to build with Systeme.io, but not understand the big picture of what is specifically needed for an online therapy business. It is a massively powerful platform, yet it looks simple. It's like giving car keys to a five year old.

Excellent All-in-One Online Marketing Software Suite - Great for Beginners on up to Experts!

Comments: There is so much to learn in affiliate marketing, one of the biggest challenges is putting together all the needed tools in a configuration that meets one's needs and doesn't create chaos and/or overload. Systeme.io helps you do that by reducing the number of different tools, subscriptions, and startup costs and allows the user to meet affiliate marketing's technological challenges, creating trust and confidence that it is indeed possible to meet and exceed online business needs. The software is efficient, comprehensive, and scalable, and the support team has your back.

Pros:

Pricing is great, being based on the number of contacts in your list. This means that someone just starting out with a limited budget can dive in without having to pay out a lot of money while they are still in the early stages of their learning curve developing a whole new set of skills to get their business going. Functionality fills the bill of what you need when you need it, and there is plenty of online instruction, a knowledge base, and users at all levels of expertise who are willing to help out in the FB user group. And if you can't find an answer in the knowledge base or the user group, filling out their contact form with your question(s) brings an immediate response informing you that they are reviewing your submission and will get back to you within 24 hours. Their email follow-up was quick, detailed, and very informative and solved my problem right away.

Cons:

Nothing. Although I am still learning, so far, my expectations have been exceeded.

Comments: To soon to respond to this question. Since it's optional, I will leave opt-out. However related to the next question, I have not switched. I currently have a CF account that is on vacation mode. $10 monthly. Will likely let that one go, when I get this one totally learned and tested.

Pros:

Being fairly new to the software, I'm still learning. I actually found that I learned many things about the usage of the software by searching on YouTube and watching videos that people have made that are trying to get you to purchase under their affiliation. It's a process to learn the system. I have used Click Funnels in the past, thus I'm familiar with many of the UI functions. Had I not used CF in the past, I'm thinking that the learning curve would be much more. However with that said, I'm thinking that feature for feature this software is much more functional for the type of marketing I will be doing at a much lower cost point. If you decide to become an affiliate, they pay very good. I'm thinking 50%, however I may be off on the actual percentage. Thus the reason there are many videos on YouTube that have people showing you how to use the system.

Cons:

I would say that it's the learning curve. As is the case with any software that is powerful. However with that said, I'm thinking that they could have links within each area that goes to a video that slowly and clearly explains that section. Currently they just have the question icon that has very short description about the section or item. Having videos that target each specific area would really help. Maybe they will put that out for the DEV team after reading this review. I appreciate having access to this power house software at a reasonable cost. In fact their free version is robust. I did not go for the free, I jumped right into the paid version. Hope this review helps the company and the end user. Thanks for reading.

Systeme.io is quite good

Pros:

I like the affordability. As a newbie to online marketing, I don’t have a big budget so Systeme.io is very helpful if you’re starting out, learning and testing. Unlike other all-in-one marketing platforms I’ve tried, Systeme.io has been pretty easy to figure out how to use without wasting too much time looking at tutorials. I also appreciate their customer support. They have responded to all of my support requests in less than 12 hours.

Cons:

The only thing that I don’t like is that, since the company is based in Europe, the sales receipts display a VAT tax and currently there is no way of editing the receipts to reflect U.S. receipt language. However, the company recently stated that this will be improved/changed in the next month or so.

Why go anywhere else?

Comments: I have been using them for years to create squeeze pages, for email marketing, and as a funnel builder and sales page builder. I recommend this product to everyone, unreservedly.

Pros:

This software has everything you need. It is super easy to set up, and the price is right. There are lots of other SAAS products that just do one thing, and this product has all of that functionality add a fraction of the price. I have compared this product with other products that do only one thing (for instance a dedicated sales page builder) and this cheaper, all in one solution had more functionality than the specialist saas product.

Cons:

I love it all. There are no cons. It's intuitive, easy to use and I suggest it to everyone who could use it.
