Game-changer to my onboarding and project management experience!
Comments: Since I got Project.Co, my onboarding has never been so easy and professional! I can actually have my onboarding be executed even without setting another meeting to my clients. Plus, they love how I can make their dashboards (what I call each Project) look in-brand with their business. They are also happy how easy everything is! My project management has never been this EASIER and CONVENIENT. The biggest factor is that the support from [sensitive content hidden]himself is soooooooooo prompt and very accommodating. He answers even my slightest confusion on where to look for this and that. He answers very vividly and guides you althroughout.
Pros:
Easy to navigate & not intimidating to use, Has great tools that keep my tasks in one place, In brand look makes it more professional, Prompt customer support
Cons:
So far, the limitations of what I can pin and easily found, but not really a problem that hinders my workflow

The Best Tools for My Team So Far
Comments: Project.co is very easy to use, my people like it, as well as my clients.
Pros:
we are a small developer team, using Clickup to project managing till last week we decided switch to Project.co.i still remember it token me 3 hours to understand Clickup's UI and logic, it is a great tool but it also too complicate, and sometime it is very very slow, i see this problem had been feedback long time ago, but seems now improvement so far. we paid Clickup but people inside my team don't like to use it~ LOL.our requirement for a project managing tool is simple:- it must have different views, like Kanban, Calendar, and overloading for each one.- it must be easy to use, when we invite some client to get inside, they can easily understand how it works.- it must have a nice interface of note-taking, a notion-style is preferred, and it also must can take long notes- real-time collaborate, chat, or even video meeting.so far, only Project.co works fine, it have notion-style slash note-taking with long notes, have enough views we can clearly see status, and chat tool is great. The most important point, is unlike clickup which is huge and complicate, Project.co very easy to understand.but I also have to say, Project.co is not perfect now, ex. I have feedback that there is no highlight for code snippets so far, and sometime it a bit buggy.but when I feedback bugs, I got reply fr
Cons:
It is still missing some feathers, like highlight for code snippets when taking notes.also sometimes it is slow to connect, i guess this because its data-center located in EU, an I am not..

Great tool for freelance and easygoing teams!
Comments: I'm a freelance with 10 to 20 projects opened in the same time, I need a quick solution to manage them, task, time, integrate google docs created for prj (minutes etc) . Easy solution to share with customers.
Pros:
Simple, simple and quick. Way to manage projects is very easy because you have few right options to manage normal projects and task without many subtask or complicated structure as many of other solutions. The way to add notes, bullet points, task points, embed external resource, add task from a note etc is very powerful. Also the price is very competitive.
Cons:
There is no app right now even if the mobile version is kind of a web app and is enough to add and manage content, of course no notifications from it. Need availability to add custom tools in some module but they are still in progress and updating the platform. Very smart project.

The project management software you need
Comments: The best project/task management software Im just thankful to be using on all of my projects.
Pros:
The way project.co was designed was to have the user focus on every project they are working on/with. It's different from the majority of project/task management software out in the market because the layout does not make you feel overwhelmed with tons of tasks that you need to work on.
Cons:
If you are used to using a traditional project/task management software then at first you might have a hard time understanding how to use project.co. But once you understand why [sensitive content hidden] and the team designed it the way it is, you will have a light bulb moment. My suggestion is to overcome this feeling of "it's hard to get started, or it's not clear how to set it up" by creating several video guides on how to do things.

Flexible Project Management Tool
Comments: We needed one toolset to manage projects across small teams and with clients. Until now, we had used a few tools, which made it harder to manage from an admin perspective. With Project.co, it seems we can have everything in one place, including communication, priorities, and more.
Pros:
I like the flexibility Project.co offers. It helps us manage internal and external projects and priorities, from marketing to product management and client services using one single platform.
Cons:
There are configuration that can be easier to implement and in bulk. But I believe they'll get there at some point soon and the flexibility it offers pays back.

Dozens of PM/Client Portals Later, THIS IS THE ONE!
Comments: I don't write reviews as often as I should, but I will 100% make the time when one knocks it out of the park. Let me preface we have worked and trialed every project management system and client portal, both large and start-ups. Okay, so here is the reason for the long-winded intro- we've been searching for two years for the right system and fell in love at first sight with Project.co. S
Pros:
- Support is very much PRESENT. Got responses within minutes, literally with actual fixes. WOWWW!!- Very simple, smooth and quick setup- UI/UX is top-notch, matches our level of work and design- UI is so intuitive, even our not so techy clients will easily be able to navigate- Branding hits all required touch points, domain, header, favicon, login etc- Love the task and project chat, fits like it should and looks professional- Great templates with ideas and thoughts for your clients and company- Well throughout onboarding- Small but huge, love clients can invite their own team members, they don't have to go through us- EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS are fantastic, well designed, and work as they should. Reliable is an understatement and an issue we've had with other app sumo pms.- Overall, well laid out to display pertinent information. My favorite feature is each project has a Notion-style format at the beginning of each doc which is great for providing project overviews, project roles, milestones, key assumptions etc. Then of course you can embed anything else you might need into the doc.
Cons:
Would love ACH or the ability to charge a convenience fee for credit cards, but other than that, this is the perfect system we've been looking for.

Great management tool with a smaller learning curve than others
Comments: Our small marketing company just started using Project.co to manage our planning workflow and creative services for our clients. It's so nice to have everything in ONE place and even integrate the apps and resources that we're already using. We also love the public roadmap forum (feedback.project.co) that lets us request new features and see the new updates they're working on.
Pros:
We're excited to start using Project.co to connect with clients more efficiently regarding video project feedback and also to connect more easily with freelancers and outside contracts.
Cons:
There are still some features that other project management tools have that Project.co doesn't, but it's nice to be able to request those through their public feedback forum. Some updates could be made for general ease of use, such as being able to change a task's status and other fields without having to click to open the task details. I would also like to see some added organization, like folder in folder capabilities in the projects view (for us hyper-particular people). These things are not deal breakers, but they would be nice.

The tool I was looking for
Comments: This is an all-around project management tool. I was managing my team using a number of different applications and was looking to consolidate them into a single software. Many other similar PM tools are expensive charging for each user of the team.Project.co makes it easy, fully white label and allows me to manage my team much better.Highly recommended
Pros:
Ease of use. White labelling feature. Easy to collaborate with the team and client
Cons:
I think the mobile app can be improved with more features and support for widgetsIntegration with other popular apps such as Dropbox should be incorporated into the software

Exactly what I was looking for
Comments: So far, this is the best project management software I've used including typical ones like Asana. The workflow is so clear and easy, which is exactly what I've been looking for. Plus, the ability to embed other tools in order to unify my current software stack is pretty amazing and a huge bonus that I didn't even know I needed.
Pros:
Ease of use, simple onboarding and setup, integrations and embed options for other apps.
Cons:
I'd love a little more customization with view sizing.

Feels like Basecamp, which is a good thing.
Pros:
This tool is perfect for managing my design projects. I love that I can manage my projects and clients from a single, centralized location. This tool is especially helpful because it is so easy to use. When I first got this tool, it took me about 20 minutes to set up and I was able to start using it right away. I love the templates that are available for creating projects and the ability to use images and videos for my projects. This tool is perfect for freelancers and small businesses.
Cons:
The support from [SENSITIVE CONTENT], the founder, has been outstanding. I have had some issues with integrations, but that's me asking to do more than the app can handle at the moment. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] at Project.co has been going over and above with customer support. Thank You!

Easy to use project management software
Comments: I just started using Project.co and can already tell it is more intuitive than other tools I've used, like Basecamp and Asana. I'm still getting to know it, but really excited about the ease of use.
Pros:
The product is intuitive and easy to use.
Cons:
The only thing that I feel is missing is the ability to set up recurring billing subscriptions.

Better than expected
Pros:
A very nice surprise. Very flexible, very intuitive, so I instantly invited my team to check it out. And actually what made me think to keep it was that many things are customizable, and not only functional settings but also the design. Now I don't need to worry about who sees what, I can easily use it with clients and freelancers.
Cons:
Nothing at this point. First I didn't really like the design, it was too dark, but it can be altered, so now I'm happy. :)
Nicolas
Still needs work but very promising.
Pros:
The customization and white label options on project.co are really great looking. The feel and design is up there with the best. Fast, clean and original. It takes some practical cues from notion and maybe todoist such as in-text commands which is a nice feature. It also has some great unique elements such as video collab notes etc which could set it apart.
Cons:
There is a lot of work to be done though regarding some of the basics:- The kanban style view needs a few tweaks as you need to scroll down each different tab individually which detracts from the big picture view it is supposed to offer. The objective of Kanban is missed this way.- Project views are not extremely clear.- Invoicing doesn't offer manual invoicing where you can manually check i payment went through wire transfer to your bank and mark it paid. - There are remnants of CRM sales pipeline elements such as lead status etc which is great but it is far from ideal for a CRM. The solution shouldn't be everything to anyone. Not that this feature isn't useful, but it would need a mini crm which would change the focus of the project. It has potential to be a superb project management tool for agencies, creatives, freelancers and the like. I think it should focus on this more than anything. Startups use roadmaps a lot which are a great tactical tool for efficiency but putting together a product needs a proper long-term vision. I think this needs a bit of more thought and vision because I don't feel 100% comfortable as yet using it live with clients that are used to other commercial solutions with competing agencies.

Project.co Review
Pros:
As a freelance consultant with many clients, each demanding different scopes of work, I needed a project management tool to manage my time as well as allowing me to monitor and control the work of other freelancers who I work in collaboration with. I've been using Trello for years but thought I'd give Project.co a try and I'm incredibly glad I have. It's incredibly easy to use and I can view my open tasks in a number of different formats including a calendar view as well as a card type style (which I recently found out is called a "kanban view") without having to download and pay extra for "power ups" as I was with Trello. I can still add clients to give them visibility to what I am working on, but I can hide any internal tasks that I don't want them to see too by making them "private". I can assign other freelancers to tasks and attach documents, instructions and chat with them in a "discussion" section which is important for me as I like to keep all the comms in one place. It's also useful as there is a "time" section where I can log times and keep track of how long tasks are taking me. What I found really useful, was the ability to white label the software and host it on my own domain. As far as my clients are concerned, it looks like the project management tool is bespoke to me and gives me an air of professionalism I don't believe my competitors have. Finally, the team are extremely proactive in continually adding features and benefits to the platform.
Cons:
As it's new, it's not quite got all the functionality I need. For example, I'd like to be able to add times at task level and not just project level. As I said before, however, the team has an extensive road map and they are continually making additions to their software.

Great Investment for Project Management
Pros:
After spending a few hours configuring Project.co to reflect my brand and testing out some of the features, I am impressed! I was looking for a solution to manage my clients and projects, something like Honeybook or Dubsado, without the high fees. Although it doesn't do everything the other software does, I'm making it work with other tools I already have, and I'm loving how it's turning out. I love that I don't have to pay a hefty monthly subscription! Project.co has a lot of promise, and I'm so glad that I invested in it now while it's on AppSumo! Looking forward to seeing Project.co grow!
Cons:
Although it wasn't intended to be a client management tool, I am making it work as one. I love the fact that you can bill clients through Project.co, but I wish it had a better interface to create invoices before sending them out to clients. I also wish there was an option to send automated emails and forms to clients.

I do not like productivity software (usually)
Comments: I am a scattered mess. I have been my whole life. I am aware of it but I never cared to fix it because I managed to make it work. Fast forward 20 years and now I have a video production studio managing various editors, writers, voiceover artists and talent. The old white board method didn't work and my Google sheet workaround was only viable as long as I remembered to keep everyone posted. Yesterday I got an email about Project.co and it finally clicked. This was what I needed and I had no excuses at the price it was being offered. I made the jump, watched the 1 minute intro video and was able to setup in just a few minutes. Project.co is already making a huge difference in accountability and responsibility and I am barely scratching the surface on what it can do.
Pros:
The price and ease of setup were 2 reasons I chose to go with Project.co. I have avoided productivity software for years and my experiences with other software has only solidified my hatred for these platforms. Project.co was intuitive to setup and easy to understand. Tracking is easy and within a few minutes of setting up my account I had my team invited in and ready to work.
Cons:
I have not found any cons to the software yet. When I compare to wrike or trello Project.co blows them both away
