> **Pros**: The easy of use and easy to implement across an inter-departamental company. Also the accessibility since it totally hits the market medium cost for an Cloud-based ERP.

> **Cons**: There are several system improvement areas specially for distribution/retail companies that want to adopt this ERP. 
There is a lack of an user-friendly interface and/or module for fulfillment operations (as an example, I need operators to fulfill orders but the system just lacks this critical function in a friendly interface). This is the main (and critical) improvement area I detected... the availability of friendly interfaces for operative areas since not all companies have well-trained/educated operators that can surf into the current interfaces and menus.

> It is a good option in the market that totally out stands for its low-cost licensing. But the development team needs to work hard in habilitating as much menus/interfaces/options for different segments / markets

> **Pros**: Es una solución todo en uno desde la nube por lo cual no tienes que estarte preocupando por instalaciones ni selección de módulos. Tiene una interfaz muy sencilla con solo unos cuantos detalles.

> **Cons**: Lamentablemente la atención al cliente se convertido en un grán problema. Normalmente detalles sencillos los resuleven rápido, sin embargo, si el problema es más complejo la atención deja mucho que desear. En mi experiencia cuado llego a 2do nivel, la experiencia no ha sido satisfactoria. A la fecha no han resuleto un problema que lleva casi 90 días, y lo peor es que no hay actualizaciones más allá de "sabemos que tu caso es muy importante. Seguimos trabajando en el" cada 3 semanas, o cada que le escribes a toda tu lista de contactos porque nadie te responde.

> Diría que el 80% del tiempo, la eperiencia es buena. Sin embargo, el 20% restante me hace prentarme si vale la pena continuar con el sistema por culpa de la atención.

> **Pros**: Es un EPR bastante amigable, con muchas opciones de poder migrar la infromaciómn con cargas masivas. Para nosotros fue muy facil y amigable la migración, ademas de la asesoria que reecibimos fue muy buena para lograr el entendimiento de su funcionamiento.

> **Cons**: LAs desventajas son meramente operativas y que en realidad es por que no se adaptan a nuetsra necesidad, com opor ejemplo editar para corregir una venta (muchas veces perdemos el folio por un error de captura), otra se las cuestioens es a veces se traba y te saca y tienes que esperar para poder ingresar nuevamente, tambien considero que seri amuy util una app para equipo moviles a veces es necesaria cuando estas haciendo conteos de inventarios fisicos.

> Para mí gue una grata sorpresa, antes de Bind probe con SAE y con Oddo, sin embargo Bind, fue mucho mas amigable la asesoria fue la nota que marco la diferencia, siempre nos resulvieron dudas para la implementación. Ademas de que la manera de alimentar el sistema es muy amigable y la reporteria muy practica. En control interno despues de Bind es mucho mejor que el que teniamos anteriormente. La gestión de los inventarios es uhco mejor ahora con Bind.
