> From the outset, Integrity Device Repair's journey with Surefire Local has been fraught with unfulfilled promises and persistent issues. Despite the initial assurance of a seamless experience, the reality was starkly different. The platform consistently failed to meet the expectations set forth in the SLA agreement, with frequent delays and unresolved issues that hindered our operations.

One of the most frustrating aspects was the delayed response time from customer care. Our ticket submissions often languished without timely resolutions, leaving us unable to effectively utilize key features like GeoJuice or respond to customer reviews. This lack of support severely impacted our ability to engage with our clientele and manage our online presence effectively.

The website development process was another area of significant disappointment. Promised a completion timeframe of 30-45 days, we found ourselves waiting far longer, with resolutions taking an exasperating 5-8 days to materialize. When the website was finally nearing completion, the quality was subpar, with mismatched font families and other design inconsistencies. Despite our repeated requests for corrections, these issues were never adequately addressed.

Our attempts to seek a refund were met with silence, as our inquiries went unanswered despite multiple follow-ups. This lack of communication only compounded our dissatisfaction, leaving us feeling neglected and undervalued as clients.

Ultimately, Surefire Local failed to deliver on its promises, resulting in a deeply unpleasant experience for Integrity Device Repair. The breach of the SLA and the refusal to issue a refund have left us with no choice but to express our discontent. Based on our experience, we cannot, in good conscience, recommend Surefire Local to any business seeking reliable and responsive service.
