Comments: We've solved the problem of keeping our inventory synced between our retail store and e-commerce.

Pros:

We've been using this app for about a year now. I really like the WooCommerce to Clover integration! This has helped us keep our inventory synced and my boss is happy.

Cons:

There isn't an integration available for our shipping software. I would like to see a ShipStation integration soon!

Pros:

Your alls customer service is off the charts in my experience so far. I message your live chat and was quickly put onto a google meet with [sensitive content hidden] from your team where we had a nearly hour long set up meeting that eventually was able to get my tiktok data to sync with Shopify. I had been dealing with this issue for 3-4 days at this point so it was a huge relief to speak to a real person and have the help I needed to get this set up.

Cons:

So far nothing, to be honest. I have only been using it for a few hours though. I guess a 24 hour live chat box would be nice but 8-4pm MT is still very good.

Pricing Structure Does Not Define Extra Charges

Comments: As a Clover reselling partner as well as a Shopify partner I would not recommend this software. The support team suggested to use the competitor if we did not like this company policy.

Pros:

Was easy to install. Seems like user interface is great but the product import did not function for us.

Cons:

When importing products into Clover the support team outlined that only 50 products can be sync'd every hour. Therefore for 5000 product it will take over 10 hours to capture the data transfer. The only way around this is to sign up for a full year annual subscription which is counter intuitive to the data transfer available!

SKU IQ is a must for TikTok Shop

Pros:

SKU IQ has some of the best customer service. Our setup was easy because of how quickly their team is available to jump in for any roadblocks you might run into. Most of us are used to hour-long wait times through chat boxes, but they are speedy and efficient whether it's via chat, email, or during onboarding calls. I feel really confident in using their platform thanks to the amazing onboarding experience. Our company has referred several other CPG brands to try them out and everyone agrees - SKU IQ is superior!

Cons:

There were no cons to using SKU IQ. As with any new SaaS you can expect there to be a slight learning curve, but their customer support team made it easy breezy.

Multi-Location Solution for Retail/Warehouse and Woocommerce

Comments: As a web developer and project manager I'm very happy with my experience working with [sensitive content hidden] at SKUIQ in properly setting up our configuration of operating multiple retail POS locations to be synced with a custom Woocommerce website. He was able to understand the work flow for the entire business and how we would like to manage the products in Lightspeed and Woocommerce. He was able to communicate very effectively and create solutions that exceeded our intended goals.

Pros:

The ability to sync products and inventory levels from multiple physical locations with a Woocommerce website. Customer support to help you configure exactly what needs to by synced both directions, to and from the Woocommerce website. We previously used Primaseller in which handled syncing multi-locations OK but did not have a good POS or good customer support. Switching to SKUIQ allowed us to have a great POS (Lightspeed) and still be able to sync with Woocommerce which was why we chose to go with SKUIQ.

Cons:

Not to the fault of SKUIQ but more of an issue with Woocommerce is that Woocommerce is not capable of tracking inventory from multiple locations as done in Lightspeed. So, the website will only display 1 quantity level for each item, not one for each location. For us, that was not a problem as we chose to display the total quantity from all locations combined under each product. When Woocommerce develops this feature I'm sure SKUIQ will be able to support it just as it already supports multi-locations in Lightspeed.

Easy to Use and Reliable Customer Service

Pros:

I'm really impressed with the inventory syncing, a sit pulls data in real time from both our eCommerce and POS channels to make sure we never have an issue with overselling stock. The customer service has always been reliable, fast, and effective, and they communicate really well.

Cons:

I wish there was an easier way/more options to bulk edit items, but it's only a small part of what I need to do, so it's overall not a big issue.

Great Product for any small Business

Comments: SKU IQ is a great instrument for any small business needing to get their products online. Plus their customer service team is great too! Our inventory to our store is connected to our Shopify account and is working great with little or no issues.

Pros:

I love the Support and how well it works. I used other software that always had problems with syncing my products to shopify.

Cons:

Nothing I can say at this time. The service and software is working great with no problems for the last 2 years that we have been using SKU IQ

Crucial for TikTok Shop and Shopify

Cons:

Setting up is confusing, but I understand it has to work with the functionality of TikTok Shop which is being updated constantly.

Easy to use and great customer service!

Pros:

The platform was very simple to use. We used SKU IQ to sync our Shopify products with TikTok Shop. Once I had all of our products loaded in and edited, I scheduled a quick call with the customer service team and they were extremely helpful and clear in explaining next steps to get everything finalized and live.

Cons:

No real cons! Everything was very intuitive and simple to use, and when I did have a question, the team was very quick and responsive.

Options and Edits That Will Be Most Effective

Comments: Experience is great, and customer service (Which I am a bit anal about it) is timely and well manered. Fun and interactive tool and would definitely promote any way possible.

Pros:

The best product I've found for what it is; which in my opinion, is a way to integrate small business platforms into a seamless-in-stop-shop approach.

Cons:

I wish it could have more features, such as barcode label printing for Dymo and jewelry tagging and better sync-ability options with other sites when updates occur. The reason is that some of our products and images do not transfer over immediately or never. Thus, I'd have to set up a help chat to resolve the issue after a day or two. It makes it harder for our employees to know which items got transferred and what inventory needs to be tagged. Another idea is to get 'list by date,' 'list by popularity (what's hot),' or 'List by recently updated.' These would enhance the end-user experience by saving time editing and moving products through other systems. I think you should move to a more hub-based business model so that you are the main product when business owners and entrepreneurs are looking for something that syncs multiple platforms seamlessly. Right now, I feel this product helps achieve that directive, but you do not own the market.

Comments: This has been a tremendous help to the supply chain team.

Pros:

I used this product to sync my lightspeed and Woo-commerce stores. Since there was no direct integration SKUIq made this process very easy.

Cons:

I wish I was able to bulk delete items that I no longer need. It is a hassle to delete items from all sites.

Why your small business needs this

Comments: My overall experience has been great. I appreciate the service they provided the call they made with me the ease of use for the website as well as the mobile use. I’m very pleased with this service.

Pros:

What I like most about SKU IQ is that they have the functions that I need inventory management inventory control, and inventory. Tracking allows me to create the IDs for my product and then also communicate between my website and my POS. It also tracks my inventory to let me know if I need to get more inventory or if I’m low on inventory I just love the features it has to allow me to run my business, smoothly, efficiently and professionally.

Cons:

I think the only thing I at least liked about it Was having to wait for my SKUs to upload and download isn’t to reach 100% in the system but we live in this world of instant gratification, so it’s just something I need to work on personally

Great product for my retail business

Comments: We've had a couple of issues with integration, and customer support was immediate and effective.

Pros:

I appreciate the ease in which I could set up the software to work with Square. Compared with other products, it really is end-user friendly.

Cons:

I wish it was more consistent with what it brings over from Square. Sometimes pictures are there, other times, they're not.

First time user and very basic

Comments: I like knowing that the SKU IQ system works so well with the Clover system and the customer knows what our product inventory is at all times. If there is a mistake it is usually my manual mistake, not the systems.

Pros:

My website was put together by someone else who taught me how to upload and take care of my own site. So, being a novice at this I found that it was straight forward and easy to use and works well with my Clover POS system.

Cons:

I don't have any complaints about this software with the way that I use it.

SKUIQ | Shopify & Lightspeed integration

Comments: Great experience. Their support is really helpful and fast. Love the product.

Pros:

Their software is very easy to use and implement. Furthermore it gives me data on top products and brands which can be easily compared with POS and Ecommerce. This helps me in building online strategies.

Cons:

In the beginning there was a problem which took a while to be figured out. Caused some malfunctioning of the software and a lot of false inventories.

Great for syncing products

Pros:

I have so many items that it's able to push from website (wix) over to POS(clover) without issues. and if I sell on either platfors, it removes for easy inventory counting. It's what I needed years ago.

Cons:

I takes a while to sync items on your own... Felt like I would have to waste the entire trial period to syc my inventory.

Saves you so much time

Comments: It's been really good. I really have issues and when i do it's gets taken care of. Regardless if i respond. If they see something wrong they go in and fix it.

Pros:

I love home much time they saved me by syncing my products automatically from my shopify store to Tiktok shop

Cons:

Probably the customer service response time. However they are really good at resolving the issues.

Pros:

Instant synchronization between your inventories POS and eCommerce. Pretty easy to use. No need to spend a lot of time to connect your stores.

Cons:

Does not allow transferring more than 50 products at a time.

Pros:

Starting up I originally had many questions and errors. After talking to a customer service representative, my questions were immediately answered! He was very helpful and always made sure to check back in with me. I am transferring products/inventory from Square to Wix and I couldn't be more satisfied!

Cons:

It was sort of challenging to get the hang of the software.

Pretty self explanatory. Just time to sit down in a quiet place to do it whilst running a music store is challenging.

Small Business Savior

Pros:

We use Sku IQ for inventory management between our POS and e-commerce. Before Sku IQ we were manually removing products from our e-commerce which was a lot of work and made for very inaccurate inventory. They have really saved us. They are also very responsive and helpful with problems.

Cons:

Starting out with Sku IQ was very work intensive and we ended up having to delete every item from our e-commerce and start fresh. I wish there was a more seamless way to do this, but after we did this it's worked well.
