This product has been easy to use and integrates well between our POS and e-commerce site.
I didn’t find most of it hard. I guess I had to delete some repeaters manually but that’s it.

SKU IQ, Thank you!
Comments: We've solved the problem of keeping our inventory synced between our retail store and e-commerce.
Pros:
We've been using this app for about a year now. I really like the WooCommerce to Clover integration! This has helped us keep our inventory synced and my boss is happy.
Cons:
There isn't an integration available for our shipping software. I would like to see a ShipStation integration soon!

Multi-Location Solution for Retail/Warehouse and Woocommerce
Comments: As a web developer and project manager I'm very happy with my experience working with [sensitive content hidden] at SKUIQ in properly setting up our configuration of operating multiple retail POS locations to be synced with a custom Woocommerce website. He was able to understand the work flow for the entire business and how we would like to manage the products in Lightspeed and Woocommerce. He was able to communicate very effectively and create solutions that exceeded our intended goals.
Pros:
The ability to sync products and inventory levels from multiple physical locations with a Woocommerce website. Customer support to help you configure exactly what needs to by synced both directions, to and from the Woocommerce website. We previously used Primaseller in which handled syncing multi-locations OK but did not have a good POS or good customer support. Switching to SKUIQ allowed us to have a great POS (Lightspeed) and still be able to sync with Woocommerce which was why we chose to go with SKUIQ.
Cons:
Not to the fault of SKUIQ but more of an issue with Woocommerce is that Woocommerce is not capable of tracking inventory from multiple locations as done in Lightspeed. So, the website will only display 1 quantity level for each item, not one for each location. For us, that was not a problem as we chose to display the total quantity from all locations combined under each product. When Woocommerce develops this feature I'm sure SKUIQ will be able to support it just as it already supports multi-locations in Lightspeed.

Pricing Structure Does Not Define Extra Charges
Comments: As a Clover reselling partner as well as a Shopify partner I would not recommend this software. The support team suggested to use the competitor if we did not like this company policy.
Pros:
Was easy to install. Seems like user interface is great but the product import did not function for us.
Cons:
When importing products into Clover the support team outlined that only 50 products can be sync'd every hour. Therefore for 5000 product it will take over 10 hours to capture the data transfer. The only way around this is to sign up for a full year annual subscription which is counter intuitive to the data transfer available!

Easy to Use and Reliable Customer Service
Pros:
I'm really impressed with the inventory syncing, a sit pulls data in real time from both our eCommerce and POS channels to make sure we never have an issue with overselling stock. The customer service has always been reliable, fast, and effective, and they communicate really well.
Cons:
I wish there was an easier way/more options to bulk edit items, but it's only a small part of what I need to do, so it's overall not a big issue.

Comments: Great customer service, though the programing of the system could use a few more features.
Pros:
Its the easiest way to get your POS system talking with your eCommerce site!
Cons:
Lack of filters and batch actions, making you have to manually go through and filter products, select each one and connect/delete.

Pros:
Starting up I originally had many questions and errors. After talking to a customer service representative, my questions were immediately answered! He was very helpful and always made sure to check back in with me. I am transferring products/inventory from Square to Wix and I couldn't be more satisfied!
Cons:
It was sort of challenging to get the hang of the software.

Great product for my retail business
Comments: We've had a couple of issues with integration, and customer support was immediate and effective.
Pros:
I appreciate the ease in which I could set up the software to work with Square. Compared with other products, it really is end-user friendly.
Cons:
I wish it was more consistent with what it brings over from Square. Sometimes pictures are there, other times, they're not.

Comments: My experience has been pleasant and easy.
Pros:
I like the ease of no-thinking automation between my pos and my online store.
Cons:
I learned to make sure that it is important to ensure all stock keeping units were coinciding on both platforms or the sync wouldn't be carried out. I did not have this information and had some glitches with inventory. However, as soon as I contacted customer service they guided me on how to problem solve the issue.

Does what it says it does.
Comments: This has been a tremendous help to the supply chain team.
Pros:
I used this product to sync my lightspeed and Woo-commerce stores. Since there was no direct integration SKUIq made this process very easy.
Cons:
I wish I was able to bulk delete items that I no longer need. It is a hassle to delete items from all sites.

Pros:
Simple and easy to use. Give a diverse information of sales results in each channel.
Cons:
Removing cancelled orders from sales results is an issue for us.

Comments: SkuIq helps in many ways to connect my business and go Online. Customer service was 10/10. I had an Issue with something, in less than an hour I was contacted with a google meets link and got 1 on 1 help to solve my issue.
Pros:
I used SkuIq to connect my WordPress website with my Clover inventory
Cons:
The setup was a bit long, but it was worth the wait. The only way we could get it to work was with SkuIq

Works alright, but a lot of 'jank'
Pros:
Customer service has always been quick to respond. Software has been working fairly well since launch a couple months ago.
Cons:
Very unintuitive to use. Would probably work very well for simple applications, but any sort of complexity and things get very confusing and difficult to use. If customer service gets elevated to a technical team, has taken a week or more to hear back. Have run into bugs in the software that have resulted in bad inventory counts that has caused items to sell twice

My brother takes care of Sku IQ most of the time and everything online. When he had to show me something I was surprised at how easy it was to use.

My Inventory Headache is being relieved
