They definitely make sure that you understand how the tool operates, how to setup your instance, etc. > > **Cons**: I don't like the fact that you have to contact support to create territories, add drivers, and adjust your vehicle limit. It's very annoying and it's inefficient for a fast moving business. I also dislike the reporting and email functionality. The reporting is very limited, doesn't include any sort of automated emails and the export you do get isn't very clear to a lot of users. The email notifications also aren't customizable as far as the scheduling goes. The mobile app also only shows you a limited amount of days forward. > > It's been pretty decent overall. The hardest challenge I faced was getting the my co-workers to adapt to the new process and new software.
