Excellent Tool for sign

Comments: Great experience, we did the integration in less than a day, start use in the same and also create a template for ours documents easly.

Pros:

Integration by API, embedded sign and good documentation.

Cons:

Not find a way do automatic sign my documents or sign by api.

Comments: Easy to use, signers say the same thing. I am enjoying it much more than other apps I've used.

Pros:

It was easier to set up than any other document signing option I've used including signnow, docusign, adobesign etc. I like how easy it is to work with and that they give you such great value even on the free plan.

Cons:

There are none so far. Let's keep it that way. :)

Comments: It worked for a few days I think, and I did four or five documents.
I can't remember the small print, but as in most of these things, the free offer is limited, and one is guided to sign up for a monthly or annual service.
I wonder why one cannot just buy it once.

Pros:

Quite quick and easy to install so that is a plus.

Cons:

The choice of typefaces for the signature is very limited. Should there not be a facility to drop in a hand created signature and initials.

The perfect fit for my small business!

Comments: As a small business owner, I appreciate all that SignWell has to offer. It is easy to navigate and there was no real learning curve. I signed up and created my first contract for signature within 10 minutes. My clients also find it very straight forward and helps me gather signatures needed in a timely fashion.

Cons:

I honestly have not run into anything negative! My current budget doesn't allow for me to do a paid plan, so the limited number of documents on the free version can sometimes cause a road block in getting the documents needed sent out - but that is no fault of SignWell.

Pros:

I was looking for a electronic signature service and came across sign well, I decided to give it a try and was very happy about my choice as it's very simple to use.

Cons:

As of now I have nothing I dislike about SignWell.

Intuitive and cost effective

Comments: SignWell is easy to use, highly recommend it. You can simply add all the necessary fields for the signing party. So far we've had a 100% sign rate within 2 days of sending documents to 5 different clients.

Pros:

Very intuitive product with a freemium model.

Cons:

No opportunity to amend documents from within the app.

Signwell has been a gamechanger for my business and I love it. It's super user-friendly and makes getting things done even easier. I love it and would HIGHLY recommend it to someone who is need of a simple signing solution.

Comments: Overall, would sign up again! Makes starting a new business, one less worry.

Pros:

Simplicity. Focuses on one thing and made it clear and easy to use. I appreciate how transparent the pricing is. Customizing the documents with signatures is awesome.

Cons:

Haven’t found a dislike yet but I’m sure if and when I do it won’t be a deal breaker to leave.

Signwell: Best E-Signature API by far!

What I liked most about SignWell is its intuitive and user-friendly interface. From the moment I started using it, I found the platform incredibly easy to navigate, which drastically reduced the time I usually spend on document signing processes. The automation features are top-notch, allowing me to set up workflows that ensure documents are signed, tracked, and stored seamlessly. The integration capabilities with other tools we use have significantly streamlined our operations.

Cons:

There's very little to dislike about SignWell. However, if I had to point out one area for improvement, it would be the customization options for email notifications. While functional, having more design and formatting options would enhance the overall user experience.

SignWell Is Perfect For My Small Business

Comments: I don't think about signwell and that's a good thing. They're in the background. I send a pre-created 'sign this document' link with my MSA and the SOW of the offering and we're good to go.

Pros:

Their support and development teams are very responsive. I wrote in with a few feature requests and a few weeks later one of them was live — and a year later when one shipped they reached out to let me know!

Cons:

They are great at what they do. No complaints from me.

Easy and Simple to Use

Comments: I was fairly new to electronic signatures and document preparations. This application made the learning and implementation process fast and easy. I use it for all my document signings.

Pros:

The application is well designed for the tech savvy and those that have limited experience with electronic signatures.

Cons:

Not sure if the notifications can be adjusted and selected to choose which notices you want to receive. Your email inbox can quickly become overwhelming with unnecessary notifications or the ones you do not want.

Cons:

While some might consider the inability to view the document history within the interface as a potential drawback, it hardly qualifies as one. SignWell compensates for this by providing timely updates every step of the way. From notifying you when your document is viewed to alerting you upon its signing, SignWell ensures you're always in the loop. This proactive approach enhances transparency and effectively mitigates any potential concerns about document history visibility.

E-signatures Made Easy!

Comments: E-SignWell is my NEW & ONLY stop for all my E-Signature Needs! Happy & Satisfied!

Pros:

Extremely user friendly for FAST & EASY to use Electronic Signature's.

Cons:

Only being able to send a few documents before the free trial ran out!

A waaay better version than DocuSign

Fantastic User Friendly Product

Comments: I am very pleased with SignWell's services and would recommend it to anyone especially small business owners who NEED a resource like this to handle e-signatures on a regular basis.

Pros:

SignWell makes business dealings EASY! With a straight forward and user friendly dashboard I know that I can always rely on their services to help ensure business operations run smoothly.

Cons:

I wish there was a feature that would allow me to edit the document I have already uploaded within SignWell. Usually, I have to make edits outside the platform and re-upload the documents, often starting over entirely.

Signwell makes me look professional competent

Comments: Easy to navigate and figure out. Professional. Simple to use both by me and my podcast guests. All in all, an excellent product!

Pros:

I needed a simple method to gather signatures online for my podcast guest releases. I searched through a few options before stumbling across Signwell. So glad I did! Their interface is so simple and easy to use, the work process flows seamlessly, and the best part is that it makes me look super professional and competent, which I really appreciate. Docs are easy to sign, manage and archive. Two thumbs way up for this product!

Cons:

The only con is that on the free option (which allows you up to three docs a month), it doesn't go by the month. In other words, you have to wait 30 days to get the next free docs even though the month has changed. Still, it's free, so I respect their limitations.

Easy to use E-signature tool that just works

Comments: It was an overall very nice experience. I've tried several e-signature technologies, and I'd rank this up near the top.

Pros:

It's easy to use. That's what I like the most. Everything is very intuitive, and color coding helps me distinguish signatures.

Cons:

Can't think of anything off the top of my head. Perhaps if it had more features I'd like it even more - Would be nice for there to be conditional logic - if a user clicks one package, their price updates, etc.

Best Document Sign program

Comments: Very happy, has made my life so much easier. Recipients have no issues opening the document and signing.

Pros:

Extremely simple to use and very cost effective. The signed document has a stamp on it with all the transaction details. This unlike another program I was using.

Cons:

Honestly, I can't think of any dislikes.

Great software option for small organizations!

Comments: I feel grateful to have found a reasonably priced, secure signature software that is easy for users to access.

Pros:

SignWell was incredibly easy to use from the very first time I tried to set up a document. I was able to get users from several different organizations to sign a document seamlessly, even when they hadn't encountered SignWell before.

Cons:

There were a few times that a document I imported from Word lost its formatting.

Signing Documents Hasn't Been Easier!

Comments: Overall there is nothing much to complain about. My clients find it very easy to use and the process is quick, as long as I delegate where they are supposed to sign. Again, a location to include a third party signature if the client you are working with is through a third party. Find some way for them to get the document as well via email but they DON'T have to sign it.

Pros:

The ease of use with this product. Signing client documents for them and allowing them to download and review them has been a huge plus.

Cons:

One little gripe is that if the document is required to be signed by the client, but the client is working with another third-party vendor, I can't seem to add a secondary recipient for the document's signing.

Spot on for small businesses

Comments: Very pleased that we found SignWell for electronic document signing. We looked at a lot of different platforms but this stood head and shoulders above the others for our needs

Pros:

The best things about SignWell are a) the ability to upload your own documents for signature, which also makes signees more comfortable that they are signing something familiar b) inexpensive to use, esp. as a small business as you can use it as an individual as you don't require the more expensive enterprise elements. c) Ease of use - very straightforward

Cons:

So far nothing of note - it's early days as we haven't been using it for long, but to date it has been great

Amazing service.

Pros:

The free plan for SignWell has been crucial for me as a paralegal at my office. While our office typically has clients print, sign, scan and email documents, every now and then, a client REALLY needs to sign digitally. With tight deadlines, sometimes a digital signature is absolutely crucial. Clients are travelling, they don't have a printer, they can't get to a computer, etc. Having the free plan for these odd times when I need a digital signature has been so amazing.

Cons:

Literally no complains. This program serves my needs in every way. I am very much considering upgrading because the program has been so useful. I have used Docusign in the past, but I have concerns about their data security, and they send WAY too many annoying emails. SignWell has just been a better experience in every way.
