> **Pros**: One of the biggest pros of CUX for me is possibility to work with it on my own, without constantly sending requests to developers. I can set almost any goal, segment or filter using only CUX and WebDevTools in Chrome. Retroactive analysis also came out very useful - especially in the beginning when I was not sure what exactly I need to measure and later as I started to dig dipper -  for quick checking my hypothesis.And of course I have to mention CUX excellent support - they are always there to answer all my questions, help with solving some tricky problems/setups, listen to my suggestions.

> **Cons**: You definetely have to understand WHY do you need this tool - as any other analysis software there are no magic dashboard/set of data that will tell you everything about your website in one click. You need basic understandig about how your website is built, what are your strategic goals, how you approach problems - the magic is in your mindset, not in metrics. And because CUX offering some innovative way of working with data for UX purposes - you may need some time first to fully understand how to use this tool in it's full potential.
