Our coordinators save over 100 hours each month thanks to the automated data flow into NEWSTAR (Constellation construction management solution), and response times are consistently under two business days. CustomerInsight survey tool has also been valuable for capturing feedback at critical stages like the 30-day mark, helping us spot issues early and make improvements that directly benefit homeowners.
