Best Clinic Software 10/10 Recommendation
Comments: Jane is invaluable to my business. My clients can book on line with ease. I can build their client profiles, chart, keep track of billing and print out a multitude of reports all very easily. I look forward to each new feature or update that jane keeps coming out with.
Pros:
I love how easy and intuitive Jane is when learning new aspects of the software. The customer service support staff are very quick to help problem solve or send you in the right direction. Jane university is incredibly helpful when trying to problem solve your self or learn new aspects of the software. The integration with Telus has saved so much time for me daily, it really adds up. I also love the ability to use Jane payments so clients can use credit cards to pay.
Cons:
I wish there was an option to keep canceled appointments viewable in your schedule. Maybe similar to the wait list feature. You just click on it and it pops up to show you the clients that canceled that day.

I'm also hearing that you've been enjoying Jane's insurance features and integrated payment processing! I have some good news - there is a way to view canceled appointments in your schedule. Just navigate to the Schedule and select the little wheel in the bottom right-hand corner. Go ahead and click the toggle beside "Canceled" and voila! I'd think twice before using Jane
Comments: Very poor staff support so far. First zoom call was close to useless and he just wanted to get off call and second one Jane staff did not show up for! Very displeased
Pros:
Not able to set up software yet so nothing so far.
Cons:
Jane staff member did not show up to scheduled zoom call with no word or explanation. Multiple calls to try to set up new software with only minimal actual contact. They just don't answer calls or return voicemails

Comprehensive with Incredible Support
Comments: I've tried a few systems, but Jane is the one app I trust to make sure all my needs are taken care of.
Pros:
I enjoy the comprehensive nature of the product. That I can maintain my schedule, my client roster, my notes, and financial transactions all in one place makes it very convenient. The customer support is incredible and helped me through some reasonably complex questions. Jane also anticipates my needs, for example sending a comprehensive email about setting up the POS system, the moment I ordered it, so all I had to do was open the box and follow the instructions (that were both written and included visual screen shots. Bravo!)
Cons:
There is a bit of a learning curve to the product. It isn't as intuitive as some booking programs. And the online video sessions still need a bit of work, but it is improving!

I recommend Jane App for solo practitioners
Comments: Excellent service, a complete suite of practical business and administration tools for practitioners as well as an attractive interface for clients.
Pros:
Jane App fulfilled all the requirements for me to run a remote clinic as a solo practitioner. It was always easy to find answers to my questions as well.
Cons:
It would have been better to have the calendar automatically adjust to different time zones.
The Perfect Software
Comments: My thought is that it better last as long as I am in practice, for the next fifty years, because I am NOT switching!
Pros:
I love how seamless everything is, and how simple everything is as well. The charts are customizable and the interface is beautiful.
Cons:
My only complaint is that you can't customize the colours of the interface. Seems like a silly thing to be missing, but other than that, Jane is amazing.

you can book your appointments online through this, It is very easy and convenient and you can cancel online if you are unable to make it .
Cons:
if you are canceling the appointment less than 24hours you need to call the clinic.

Great for a large Clinic
Comments: A great intuitive program that is constantly improving and has excellent support. Better suited for more public-facing operations, as opposed to smaller practices that need more control over their bookings.
Pros:
It's beautiful, Canadian, and many businesses use Jane, making it easy for customers to use.
Cons:
It makes it very difficult to limit your day. I had to remove my online availability completely and book all of my appointments manually due to the lack of control online in this regard.

How does Jane support our Business?
Comments: Moved from a previous Patient Management and the difference is night and day. The Support Team in particular are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble and I love that they sometimes send videos of what actions you need to take when dealing with an issue
Pros:
First of all it is really easy to use and so impressed with the range of services it offers. Secondly the cost is superb and all our staff can access the system whenever they need to do, Fantastic product

The only thing I can suggest is that there is so many different options to do things with Jane that i don't think Ill ever get the time to go though them all

Comments: The Jane experience has been fantastic. Great service combined with a flexible platform and low price checks most of needs.
Pros:
Jane has the best customer service I have ever experienced. The phone wait is usually less than 3 minutes. The agents are knowledgeable and they will spend as much time as necessary to solve your issues. While not perfect, Jane is very flexible and can accommodate most user requirements.
Cons:
The memberships expire after a maximum of 52 billing periods and memberships can only include 1 type of service. If you want to sell clients multiple services to a client, you must sign them up for multiple memberships.

Comments: I used Jane for about a year and really liked the software. I just switched to another office that was using ClinicSense and liked some of the features better that ClinicSense had to offer.
Pros:
The ease of use. The aesthetic of the interface. The wait list option for clients.
Cons:
The price. There was no weekly mass email option to help fill available appointments.

Comments: I have loved it and I intend to continue to use it!
Pros:
I love that I can get help if needed through email or over the phone and that I am always talking with a live person, not a recording. I love that I can literally take care of my billing, my scheduling, my payments, and my notes/charting all in one place!
Cons:
I don't have any complaints yet, I just wish that I better understood the insurance side of things but I honestly think once I start sending claims through it will became really easy for me, I just need practice.

Amazing product, incredible customer service
Comments: The customer service is phenomenal: shout out to [sensitive content hidden] who just helped me with my subscription. I really appreciate all the tools/training aids in the Help section. I am super impressed with the customer service - you guys are often available when I need you and if not by phone then you'll reply fairly promptly by email. I appreciate that you guys are always striving to make a difference - every call and email asks for feedback. I am so happy to have Jane as part of my team to manage my practice. You guys rock and I tell everyone about your great service!
Pros:
The user interface is easy on the eyes, clean formatting, great color schemes. The system is fairly easy to use with an abundance of text/video aids in the Help section. There's a demo option so you can practice and train on the system without it affecting real patient files/appointments. You guys are always adding new features that benefit practice management - eg, the Claim.MD insurance billing integration and innovate new tools to help practitioners such as the upcoming AI charting in beta. The customer service is phenomenal - I am so happy that I joined back in 2017-2018. Things continue to improve with this company.

Jane…easy but needs a bit of fine tunong
Comments: Overall, this is a good program to use and is easy for new staff to learn.
Pros:
Easy to use and learn. Have been using it and enjoy the functionality.
Cons:
Ability for clients to book appointments on-line is great. But, sometimes, they will book an appointment with multiple providers and then attend only 1 of the appointments. There needs to be a pop-up or something that won’t allow someone to book the same appointment with 2 or 3 providers as this is not fair to take up multiple time slots when other clients are trying to book in as well. I realize this is an issue with only a small percent of clients, but it is an issue that has happened a few times. Would be great if there was some way to alert the client they can only book 1 appointment at a time…or ag least caution them that they are booking the same appointment with multiple providers and this is not recommended.
