> **Pros**: Ease of use of the tool, easy to learn and intuitive. Allows the users to user extra features as their knowledge grows, most features have similar elements, so learning one helps you learn the others.

> **Cons**: Reporting - The suite has a lot of reports and some are quite similar with slight differences, sometimes results in you using the same ones but not the whole set of reports.
> 
> We have gone from sending Email externally to now an in house fully integrated solution sending SMS, MMS and Email all linked in to each others campaigns with Email sent and an SMS follow up and vice versa. Allows us to complete all of this with consolidated reporting.
