Training is readily available. Immediate uploads of profiles from various integration is great.
The login home page doesn't disappear when you login very small point and only mildly annoying as I don't like too many windows open on my browser.

Great Product
Comments: Great support. every time I've needed help customizing or learning how to operate the system efficiently they've always been quick to respond and send me the summary of everything we discuss for future reference.
Pros:
Tracking candidates, Tracking Progress and deal pipeline. Web browser extension to pull LinkedIn info straight into the CRM.
Cons:
price per user is quite high. the system does offer a lot and I am only a small business so I don't need a lot of the features yet.
One Stop Shop for all Things ATS/CRM
Comments: Recruit CRM truly is a one stop shop for all things recruiting. I am the operations manager for a staffing startup, so I am having to build everything from the ground up. Recruit CRM offers amazing training, as much as you want! I love the virtual assistance as well, much more helpful than many of the virtual help chats I've used before. I am building my website from scratch and Recruit CRM integrates with my 'Jobs' page, all I have to do is cut and paste the link they provide, simple! They also offer phone systems, that connect to your cell and provides AI assistance and full recordings. Anything platform that has Open API can be integrated with Recruit CRM, so everything in one place! Best ATS/CRM I've ever used and I'm never looking back!
Pros:
The ease of use is my favorite thing about Recruit CRM! I do not believe in overcomplicating anything in life and Recruit CRM has perfected the art of simplicity. In addition, everything I need to run my recruitment company is in one place, so staying on top of metrics is a breeze. And you can't beat the customer service, it's the best! Ask for [sensitive content hidden]!
Cons:
The only thing missing from Recruit CRM is that it doesn't yet integrate with SeekOut. But the moment I mentioned this to my Recruit rep [sensitive content hidden], he immediately asked me to connect him to my SeekOut rep to see if a collaboration is a possibility. What better service can you ask for?
Running from responsibility
Comments: Disrespectful discourse.
Pros:
They take my money on time every month.
Cons:
Updates that negatively impact your business.
First time user feedback
Comments: generally like it, but I noticed the more we use it the messier it gets. need to standardize the steps so that when you look at it from dashboard view its consistent.
Pros:
Kanban view is the most useful for me so I can figure out where people are at and what I need to do.
Cons:
when you look at the dashboard kanban view sometimes it shows you fields you cannot drag to because it's only available for certain roles.
great experience
Comments: Overall, I’m really impressed with this CRM. It’s specifically designed for recruiters and agencies, which makes it incredibly user-friendly for our needs
Pros:
I’m a big fan of this CRM because it’s tailored specifically for recruiters and agencies, making it incredibly user-friendly for our needs. One of the standout features is the ability to create and manage pipelines, which allows you to track candidates throughout the entire recruitment process. You can quickly change the status of candidates as they move through different stages, keeping everything organized and up-to-date. Additionally, when you open job listings, there are a lot of customization options available, so you can adjust everything to fit the specific requirements of each role. Overall, it’s a powerful tool that simplifies and enhances the entire recruiting process.
Cons:
There are a few features in the system that we don’t use, but that’s to be expected since every company has its own specific needs. What works for one might not be necessary for another. Every now and then, we do encounter some minor bugs, but it’s not a major issue because their customer service is always quick to respond and very helpful in getting things sorted out. They’re really committed to making sure everything runs smoothly, which makes a big difference in our overall experience with the platform.

Recruit CRM - small business perspective
Pros:
The user interface - was clear and logical and easy to understand with categories and options intuitively laid out and options easily accessible. The ability to customise each of the key categories - Companies, Contacts, Candidates, Jobs, Deals -- is helpful, as well as laying out the sections as one wants, plus the ability to hide/display system fields and custom fields as well. Makes using the product all that much easier. Additionally, the ability to connect the system with automation tools like Zapier or Integrately via the API has been a huge time saver, and this in addition to the in-house, Recruit CRM, lead integration and automation services. The workflow is good too, with a number of options to get candidates into and manage them through the system; with a good CV parsing tool, LinkedIn Chrome extension, plus a great resume formatter. The Tasks and Meetings manager, and the associated carousel, is extremely helpful too for managing workload and flow. There are additional built in tools available (sequences to automate communications for example/workflow), plus additional ones too but currently not using them so cannot provide more details. Lastly, communication from the team is regular with good information provided, the support is great, the team warm and friendly, and queries answered very quickly. All this coupled with a clear plan to upgrade/improve the system with an ability to make suggestions.
Cons:
The reporting module -- currently it shows key information but the only issue is it's not entirely customizable, and one is "limited" to the options provided. I understand this is being worked on/upgraded and I'm looking forward to be able to set up multiple, customised reports.

The Best in All Areas
Comments:
It's probably the best tech company I have dealt with and definitely the best recruitment software provider. I'd be more than happy to recommend it to anyone thinking of signing up.
Do yourself a favour and don't consider anyone else.
Pros:
RecruitCRM is fantastic and so are the staff. Having dealt we a few of the 'Big Boys' RecruitCRM are a breathe of fresh air. Nothing is too much trouble, everything works, mostly exceeding expectations.
Cons:
The only thing is that I didn't sign up sooner!
System that helps me do my job successfully.
Comments:
Very easy introduction, although I am far from an IT expert. Coming from another CRM system, it has been a relief.
Helps me to organize the day-to-day work, makes communication with clients and candidates easy.
Pros:
user friendly system, practical for my business, easy accessible help
Cons:
Nothing I can think of. Even for a non-IT´ish person like me a very practical tool.
A bit pricey, but absolutely worth it!
Pros:
This is certainly not the most inexpensive option for ATS systems out there. That said, I can tell you from experience trialing some of the alternatives, that Recruit CRM is by FAR the best option available for a boutique Recruitment firm. By investing in Recruit CRM, we were able to nearly double our capacity without increasing our team size, allowing us to increase our profit margin significantly in the long run. It allows for easy tracking and management of both the candidate and client experience from business development through to candidate placement and follow up beyond. The chrome extension is a game changer! CRM also connects seamlessly and in real-time with our email provider, allowing us to have all correspondence and communication in one place, easily accessible by the entire team. The Customer Service and Training support available is also incredible. You can chat in and get almost an immediate response just about any time of the day and they will train your people FOR you on using the system and/or troubleshooting issues. Definitely saving you, the owner, both time and money.
Cons:
The cost, initially, was a bit of a tough pill to swallow, but as I stated above, the investment was well worth it.
Best recruitment system
Comments: Overall, the system is good and the support is great
Pros:
I like the ease of use, the continuous development and feature updates, as well as the API integration.
Cons:
I don't like the fact that not all address fields are reverse geocoded. This makes radius search redundant

She was so helpful I cannot praise her enough
Pros:

Top Product

Cons:
Nothing. It is really a good tool and we love to use it.
Comprehensive recruiting platform with excellent candidate management
Comments: Recruit CRM has been a valuable tool for managing our recruitment process end-to-end, from sourcing and candidate tracking to client communication.
Pros:
It has an automated worklflow and task management and unified candidate and client management.
Cons:
there are limited customization options and only basic reporting.
RecruitCRM is a great platform
Pros:
Very robust functionality, great support during onboarding and configuration, multi-language User Interface (we have non-US team members that really like being able to work in their native language)
Cons:
No real complaints. No software is perfect but RCRM meets our needs and has been embraced by our entire team.
Recruit CRM Review - Latin america
Comments: Amazing, The fact of how simple it is to use it, also the presentation and colors, you really don't need to be an expert to be able to navigate it, which is how every system should be, friendly
Pros:
The fact of how simple it is to use it, also the presentation and colors, you really don't need to be an expert to be able to navigate it, which is how every system should be, friendly
Cons:
There is only one little bug, the green light that each candidate has to be seen by the client goes on when you click parse and assign, that should be correct it, it also happens with other buttons, the greenlight should turn on ONLY when you click on it, should not get turned on when clocking other things
Great Platform!
Pros:
Great for recruitment tracking! The filters are easy to navigate through and help keep things organized.
Cons:
N/A, do not have any complaints or suggestions for improvement at this time.
Great cost-benefit CRM/ATS that’s always looking to improve!
Comments: I’m very happy with Recruit CRM and confident that the system will continue to improve. Excellent cost-benefit.
Pros:
Customizable and user-friendly, with 24/7 IT support that’s always eager to improve.
Cons:
I would like the option to include interview or meeting notes directly within each event, as well as dropdown menus that filter options based on previous selections. For example, if I select 'Finance' in one field while speaking to a candidate, the next dropdown should display only finance-related roles rather than roles from all disciplines

Easy to Use and Learn!
Comments: Overrall 10/10 I am happy with this product
Pros:
I love how easy it is to use and learn, And that you don't have to manually add all the data when entering candidates. Also, our account rep Rutvik is always helping me and my team when we need help and he is always available.
Cons:
It doesn't have a texting feature, but other than that it's great!
Review Britt @Puur Salaris
Pros:
The customer service is really helpfull. Recruit CRM on itself is easy to work with, however it sometimes is difficult to find the thing you're looking for because of all the options. When I need help with finding it, I'll inform our CRM contact person, who up to now have always been able to help quickly.
Cons:
Difficulties with integrating selfmade templates The basic/few options to design a Job page
Recruit CRM for talent attraction
Comments: It has helped me on tracking applicants, and it has made it easier to find those who have the skills and experience necessary by creating a summary of the uploaded resumes.
Pros:
It has an unlimited free trial and it is easy to use, also it has a Chrome extension for LinkedIn sourcing.
Cons:
That is has limited interviewing tools.
Highly User Friendly & Affordable
Pros:
Extremely reasonably priced with so many great features. Such ease of use and the support is great. Very attentive and issues are sorted very quickly.
Cons:
No real cons as its exactly what we needed.
A great tool for recruitment agencies
Comments: This is a great ATS and CRM for recruitment agencies.
Pros:
Easy to implement and use, made to suit agency needs compared to similar ATS which focus mainly on internal recruitment projects.
Cons:
There is nothing much we don't like as the level of support provided is excellent in case we get stuck.
Good to be here
Pros:
Easy to understand how the system works and the technical support from the RCRM team is unique
Cons:
sometimes it loads between pages for a "long time", 3-6 sec. No tragedy
